Attended Newcastle,Northumberland street today for an ageless peel with Lucy R ...what a great treatment my skin was quite dull ...but wow I was certainly glowing when I left ...Lucy R was so lovely and talked me through every step and was so knowledgable regarding the products she was using.
Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

I used laser clinic in Kingston for a while generally they where good with good service, small issue is they do change their stuff often, usually the session I do is about 30min unfortunately my last two visits were less than 10min and they nearly burned my skin without stopping or at least saying sorry, I hope the management will read this message and take action

This clinic has been the most amazing I used to have serious thick hair on my face due to PCOS and I tell you they were so understanding gave me discount based on my health issue and have been so amazing. I got my confidence back because of them they explained my skin type due to being Nigerian did a skin test for me. I’ve been with them since 2022 and 4years later it’s still the best . Can’t remember what my skin looked like before them. Thank you for everything

I had my laser session today ant 10:30 and the lady that looked after me is very kind and patient. Went through all the post laser care information.

Great experience all around and Elena was amazing

Very disappointed , it not happened only once with me, I going there I have a treatment for 60 min but somehow they always finish in 40-45 minutes, explain me how is that possible. Sorry the treatments are not that cheap to close your eyes, and other things some of the staff they even don’t explain steps what are doing during the treatment

I’ve had 6 laser sessions before with someone else and never has my hair grown back so quickly. This session to me felt like a waste of my money and time, as was told they could only do my laser on lowest setting because I’m new to this company, which was ridiculous. My hair is already growing back! Completely unsatisfied, ineffective treatment and wasted nearly £200!! I will most likely be doing back to my usual laser woman. Really disappointed with the laser treatment at this company, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. I’d advised them against it.

Staff was okay, not really that welcoming. The place doesnt feel as clean as it should be, sometimes there was some smell inside the clinic during one of my visits. My most concern was definitely the machine's sanitation, since I noted that the tip of the laser machine seems to be reused because of the dark yellowing color of it, and it keeps getting darker and darker. It's really worrying since that tip touches your skin, and just imagining it touching other's private areas, its very concerning. I do understand that they sanitise or clean it after but still, it does not put my mind at ease at all. I bought 3 sessions, was always apprehensive going to the appointments because of it. Will not be coming back.

I had a very good experience at Laser Clinics Fulham. The clinic was very professional and clean, and the THELMA who treated me was extremely kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Today was my 4th time coming to this clinic and today was the best session I’ve had , I had a lady called Natalia and she was amazing so nice and was very professional she made my feel very comfortable throughout my whole treatment. I would highly recommend this place but especially Natalia.

Laser Clinics closed its doors in Richmond high Street 9 months ago without any indication if it was going to reopen, giving an excuse for closing which was inexcusable for customers trying to find out when or if they would reopen. Luckily I was not out of pocket but had to travel to Ealing to finish what I had started, a place difficult to park and not the type of place to further enjoy further treatments.

I am very disappointed honestly. Throughout my sessions they were using very light settings and whenever I tried to speak out they were very ignorant and didn’t listen to me. My last appointment when I was talking to the girl she was laughing at my face and making me feel uncomfortable and stupid. Also when they did the treatments it was way to fast and they never covered all the areas and I always had to tell them to go over and cover the whole area which after telling them they did. Worst place ever I don’t recommend. They just want their money and don’t listen and don’t even Lazer the whole area just go over it it very fast and careless staff.

I rarely leave negative reviews, however I felt disappointed enough by my recent experience to share honest feedback.

From the outset, the customer service felt poor. An advertised offer was no longer honoured, and although a partial discount was eventually offered, the communication around this was not handled well.

I then needed to reschedule due to a personal emergency and despite calling within the notice period and leaving a voicemail, I was told I would lose the booking unless I emailed explaining the circumstances.

On arrival for the treatment, the reception felt abrupt and unwelcoming. During the facial itself, I was advised to keep my coat on, which I found unusual and uncomfortable. The microdermabrasion felt overly rough compared to facials I have had elsewhere, and I was left in a cold air-conditioned room without any blanket or comfort while staff repeatedly walked in and out.

The overall treatment felt rushed and lacked the relaxing, professional experience I would normally expect from this type of facial.

Following my complaint, I received a phone call stating that the therapist had done everything correctly, with little acknowledgment of how the experience actually felt as a client.

This was simply not the standard of service I was expecting.

Very friendly staff, makes feel comfortable in every position 😅 And nice results from the first sessions.

I had my laser hair removal done by Lou, in the Newcastle clinic. She was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Really recommend- as all their staff as lovely and very helpful!

I have been going to Laser clinic Birmingham for a long time now and can say that they offer excellent service.
They all are very good and professional but I would like to mention about Dom (Dominica? sorry I am terrible with names). She’s excellent and very patient. She always does a fabulous job and is very caring. I will recommend her 100%. Thank you🥰

I had laser hair removal on my back, shoulders and neck at this clinic and unfortunately my experience ended up being quite disappointing overall.

There was some improvement on my back and shoulders, but it was limited and still quite patchy. After this many sessions, I expected much better and more consistent results. On my neck, there was essentially no improvement at all, even after completing 14 sessions.

The main issue throughout was inconsistency. Every session felt different depending on who was treating me. Different professionals would cover different areas, and I often had to point out missed sections myself, which really shouldn’t be necessary. It never felt like there was a clear or consistent approach to the treatment.

After around 10 sessions, I even sent them a photo showing a clear diagonal line of hair across my neck where the treatment hadn’t been applied properly. That’s when they offered me four additional sessions. Unfortunately, even after those extra sessions, there was still no real improvement.

I do want to say that one of the managers who treated me during those later sessions was excellent. Very attentive and thorough, and that gave me some confidence again. But then my final session was with someone who was clearly quite inexperienced and used what felt like a very low power setting, which didn’t make sense at all for a 14th session.

I understand that results can vary depending on skin and hair type, but after 14 sessions I definitely shouldn’t still have this amount of hair, especially just one or two months after finishing the treatments.

Overall, it felt like there was a lack of consistency in both technique and treatment settings, which likely explains the poor results.

I won’t be returning, and while I had a few good experiences with specific staff, the overall lack of consistency means I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
