Natalia did such a great job. She was so gentle throughout the treatment, especially during the facial massage, and she was extremely professional and confident when using the machine. You can really tell that she knows exactly what she’s doing.
She explained the whole procedure so clearly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. My experience was amazing, and I would 100% recommend Natalia to anyone looking for a Hydrafacial treatment.

Natalia was absolutely lovely, took her time with my treatment and was very helpful throughout, would highly recommend her and really appreciate her time and customer service.

This review is in no way a pop at Dr Al Nakib, who I found to be extremely polite and a friendly fellow. However, what I was told prior to booking by the agent Maria and what I received were a little different. I was sold the mole mapping as exactly that, a mole mapping service and asked if a dermatoscope would be used, which I was informed this would be the case in order to view pigmentation of questionable moles and ultimately put my mind at ease. Dr Al Nakib observed my skin from head to toe and seemed very thorough, using terminologies I was familiar with to describe various moles/marks. What I found a little odd was that there was no dermatoscope present during the procedure, which is an imperative piece of kit, enabling the specialist to look beneath the surface and identify potential dangers within moles that can very easily be missed. The absence of this valuable tool effectively rendered the examination useless and sadly, has resulted in me having to pay hundreds of pounds more to another clinic within the city, in order for the procedure to be carried out correctly second time around. One mole was identified as worth monitoring, however there are a few more on my body that are causing discomfort and were passed off as harmless. Overall, I've been left with more questions than answers and having to pay again for an issue that should have been covered first time round. This instance would not deter me from using SK:N services in future, however I would be mindful enough to request written confirmation in advance of what I was paying for and the exact process from start to finish. EDITED 02/10/2026 - I am absolutely horrified to be having to amend my previous review, however the information I was relayed yesterday afternoon at another clinic was of a particularly serious nature. Having been informed by Dr Al Nakib on 08/09/2026 that only one mole on my buttock was of slight concern and to be monitored, you can imagine my horror after having FOUR high probability Basal Cell Carcinoma moles identified by a far more attentive dermatologist. All in areas Dr Al Nakib had looked over and claimed there was nothing of concern. Better yet, the one on the buttock was not even one of concern, with an extremely low probability under hi tech scan and derma scope. I am beyond speechless at what was missed. If this is the inaccurate information I was led to believe, how many other potential patrons attending Sk:N Clinic are being fed similar. This isn't an oversight or a slight inconvenience I'm afraid. I will say no more at this stage however, I would be grateful if a representative could contact me in a timely fashion to discuss what went wrong, why these lesions were missed and the ramifications of a false assessment. Thank you.

I had a skin tag removed from my eyelid; the local anaesthetic only numbed the area required and was nothing like at the dentist. There was a little swelling and bruising, but within a week no one would have ever known I had had anything done. I had a follow up call a week later and sent pictures for my file. The staff at the centre were very professional and looked after me well and supplied plenty of coffee and biscuits!

The only niggle was that when I got home from the treatment I had several emails in my inbox which I should have received before attending for treatment, but they appeared to have been sent an hour after my appointment.
