Just always an amazing experience with this clinic. I’ve been using their services for 4 years and have gone through so much and the team have been supportive every step of the way. Always happy to help and accommodate. Every member of staff has been wonderful, kind, and attentive and great conversation.

Also the laser actually works. I’ve been to a number of clinics but this is the only one where my hairs showed signs of reduction immediately.

Very Disappointing Experience with Scheduling

I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated cancellations and rescheduling of my microdermabrasion appointments due to understaffing. Two appointments have already been cancelled, and now my appointment scheduled for tomorrow has been rescheduled again. These disruptions have affected my skincare routine, and I have been unable to use my active products for a month. The alternative date they offered also does not work with my availability.

I have three prepaid appointments expiring next month, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Customers’ time and prepaid treatments should be treated with greater consideration.

Sahira was extremely kind and professional. I’ve been twice for the expert firming facial microdermabrasion and can say both times I’ve been extremely satisfied!

I love this clinic as the results are insane. It is my third time having laser and my hair is already barely growing back, and if it does, it takes ages with alot of empty patches signalling that some are no longer growing. The amount of ingrown hairs on my legs have near vanished. I was initially worried with the bad reviews of not being able to change appointments and losing money due to that, but I have change appointments multiple times and have not lost anything. My technician, Sara, is so friendly and amazing. Pain is super tolerable with most parts being non painful. I have done laser before at another clinic, but changed as I felt the results were non existent. I would highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be returning to do laser!

Avoid at all cost

I had one treatment remaining in a prepaid package and contacted the Cambridge clinic BEFORE it expired to clarify whether I could still use it. The receptionist said she would check, booked me an appointment for a later date, and promised to get back to me. She never did. I assumed that an appointment arranged by their own staff was valid.

When I arrived, I was told that my package had expired and that I would have to pay again. Their staff had booked me an appointment I could no longer use, failed to clarify the situation despite promising to do so, and then left me to bear the financial consequences of their failure.

What made the experience particularly unacceptable was the attitude of the reception staff. When I questioned why I should lose a treatment I had already paid for because of their poor communication, I was met with rudeness and complete indifference. One receptionist even referred to me as "annoying" while speaking to her manager. Apparently, expecting accurate information and basic accountability is too much to ask.

This clinic is very willing to sell expensive treatment packages, yet remarkably unwilling to take responsibility when its own staff provide misleading information. It is difficult to have any confidence in a business that expects customers to comply strictly with its policies while showing so little responsibility for its own mistakes.

The issue isn't simply that I lost a prepaid treatment. It's that I contacted them in good time to prevent exactly this situation, relied on their advice, and was then treated as the problem for questioning the outcome.

A thoroughly disappointing experience that reflects extremely poorly on the clinic's professionalism, customer care, and integrity. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a treatment package here.

Highly disappointed head office and their customer policies under no circumstances is a customer allowed any grace and will be permitted to change the appointment if they need to change it, even though they’ve already paid in full in advance for the Service
Everybody in life experiences unforeseen circumstances and this just seems like a money grabbing felx from head office

I booked a appointment a month in and paid in full yesterday the day before my my appointment i woke up with cold and flu symptoms migraine blocked nose achy body high temp ect so I called up and asked if I could change my appointment because obviously I’m sick I was told absolutely not if I do not come in I lose my spot and I lose my money!
I was told that they do not allow all changes of appointments under any circumstance

This is terrible Customer Service absolutely shocking penalising the customer and taking their money for something that was out of their control and what was paid a whole month in advance is absolutely disgusting. And me personally I don’t like to shop with companies or use companies that don’t offer customer resolutions that help the customer instead of benefiting themselves.
It’s pouring with rain. I have a temperature a runny nose a sore throat I’m not losing £40 so I’ll leave a bad review instead
Everybody, everybody including the company itself and their employees will experience unforeseen circumstances the fact that there was no grace given blows my mind? Avoid like the plague.

Just delete my account because you will never see me as a customer again

I was quite nervous about the pain, but she was so kind, reassuring, and gentle with her touch that she made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the treatment.
