I prodotti La Roche sono veramente validi e la ditta fa seriamente promozioni finalizzate a farli conoscere.
Ho utilizzato per necessità cicaplast baume x labbra che mi ha risolto un serio problema di irritazioni causate da allergia.
Ho inoltre provato il campione cicaplast baume B5 + lenitivo e riparatore che acquisterò e farà sempre parte del mio bagaglio/ viaggio specie nei trekking di più giorni

Appalling customer service!!! Ordered something last week and received confirmation email and since then nothing, cannot track my order online, cannot do anything. Called customer service 7 days after only to be told they changed warehouse and I just have to wait . When I asked if they can help with my order I was told a definite no as this will confuse the warehouse. What kind of customer service is this , which points me to refund the product instead of encouraging to buy and deliver . It’s only a cream, I didn’t order the whole warehouse . Rubbish , I will never use them again, now I have to buy another cream whilst waiting for this to be delivered so I can cancel

I have to say and I don’t write many reviews honestly, but my skin became terribly dry, tight and itchy around my mouth, smile lines and chin - nothing worked at all and my foundation made it 20x worse I came across this product in Boots and I bought the gel make up remover, the oh cleanser and the ultra moisturiser and I can honestly say hand on heart it felt like a spa and my skin already feels tamed and smooth - I would without doubt recommend their products but you have to look at the right product for you - one very happy and relived customer

Ich kaufe seit Jahren die Augencreme ,die in einem pumpzerstäuber ist.Jetzt habe ich eine ,da ist die Pumpe kaputt. Wochenlang warte ich auf Antwort und dann wird sich nur herausgeredet. Ersatz kann man angeblich nicht leisten. Das ist ein ganz mieser Kundenservice

DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS FROM THEIR OFFICIAL SITE. If you want to buy their products buy them from Priceline or chemist warehouse. I repeat Avoid their official site. I accidently ordered the same item twice and wanted to cancel it. I emailed and called them several times before it was dispatched and they refused saying that when I receive the product they will send me a return label and they will process a refund 10 days after receiving it. Such a hassle when they could have just cancelled it on their end as it was shipped a week after I emailed them to cancel. After that I did return it back and did not hear anything back from them regarding a refund. I called several times and emailed them. Same generic responses and said yes we did receive your product but are waiting for the credits team which apparently are having issues with their systems. And lady said we do not know when is the expected refund time. It’s been over a month now and still going back and forth about my refund. I have contacted the bank and will soon be contacting fair trading about this scam business.

EXTREME WARNING: DO NOT USE THE LA ROCHE-POSAY CICAPLAST BAUME CREAM if your skin is impaired or broken by Retin A/Microdermabrasion/Trauma. I made the mistake to use this cream thinking it repaired skin barriers - but it did the exact opposite - caused redness, peeling, flaking and crusting - It took me Six weeks of care, hydrocortisone and vaseline to try and reverse the damage it caused. PLEASE be cautious - use a test patch and NOT on broken or impaired skin. The ingredients - Zinc and others are too reactive for impaired skin.

Terrible Customer Service. Still have not received my order 3 weeks after order. I placed the order online within a period for 12% flashsale reward on Airtime Rewards but did not receive the amount it should have been. Several attempts at contacting Customer Services via Whatsapp just elicit response that they are too busy

Alle producten top behalve de bodycream. De laatste helft was dik en kwam dus niet uit de fles via het pompje. Fles open moeten snijden en de inhoud eruit gelepelt. Was de €28,50 niet waard
Overigens wel goede cream

Deres Produkter som de lancerer som UDEN parfyme ER tilsat parfyme dette er bare gemt som konserverings middel og andre ting..........

De har endda et Samarbejde med Hudlæger omkring at deres produkt skal anbefales når folk IKKE tåler parfyme og har SART hud..
Har nu hørt fra FLERE inklusiv min egen datter der er blevet MEGET syge pga dette da der ER parfyme i deres Så kaldte parfyme fri produkter...

Heavily fragranced and it’s unnecessary. Fragrance causes skin irritation. Before I knew this fact, I bought the B5 serum for £45 and contacted La Roche after I experienced intense irritation and breakouts. I normally have clear skin. I wanted to swap my product for a product of theirs that was unfragranced. As expected, they didn’t want to know.

Fatto la prova dell' campione arrivato acasa. Che dire, funziona davero; in poco tempo ho visto i risultati.
Le macchie post-acneiche attenuante ed anche i brufoli.
Siguramente lo compro, perché tra tutti i sieri , questo è il migliore...☺️☺️

Ho ricevuto il campione omaggio del siero b5 e per il mio tipo di pelle è veramente ottimo. Distende, nutre, si assorbe con velocità, lascia il viso nutrito, disteso, liscio. Per me ottimo.

Do not buy from the La Roche Posay (LRP) online, they use GLS to ship their parcels in Canada, and GLS will throw your parcel in unsecure locations and neither GLS or LRP will take responsibility for hundreds of dollars in product getting lost/ stolen. I contacted GLS, who told me to contact LRP, who told me to contact GLS, which I did again, but was again told to contact LRP.

Ho provato il campione inviatomi a casa da questa fantastica azienda Mela B3 serum e non mi delude mai.. dalle protezioni Solari al make up sono soddisfatta .Sono un soggetto allergico a tantissime cose dagli alimenti ai contenuti di molte creme sieri per il viso ma con questa azienda mi trovo sempre protetta ..Protezione ecco la parola che di sposa perfettamente con i loro prodotti. Provo i loro campioni poi acquisto. Complimenti La Roche posay

I ordered directly from the website rather than my local store because of a Cyber Monday deal, which was never received because a certain code apparently had to be entered at checkout (this was not made clear). Customer service refused to fix the mistake. I have used LRP products for 10+ years and am extremely disappointed in this experience.

Ho provato un campione di siero Hyalu B5 e devo dire che le indicazioni presenti nella pubblicità del prodotto corrispondono alla realtà, è un siero riparatore, rimpolpante e riduce anche le piccole rughe.Ringrazio La Roche Posay che mi ha permesso di provarlo.
