Pelle rimpolpata e idratata in pochi giorni.
Siero straordinario! La formula con 4 tipi di acido ialuronico fa davvero la differenza: idrata a lungo e lascia il viso morbido e liscio. Ho riscontrato un visibile miglioramento sulle piccole rughe già dopo una settimana. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un trattamento anti-età efficace che mantenga le promesse.

Texture da sogno ed effetto rimpolpante immediato!
Ho abbinato questa crema al siero della stessa linea e il risultato è fantastico. La texture è setosa, vellutata e si assorbe in un lampo senza lasciare la pelle lucida o appesantita, il che la rende perfetta anche come base trucco. L'azione combinata di Acido Ialuronico ed Ectoina si sente tutta: la pelle appare rassodata fin dalla prima applicazione e l'effetto riparatore è incredibilmente rapido. Un grande punto a favore va al pack premium e soprattutto al formato ricaricabile (refill), una scelta ecologica ed economica che apprezzo tantissimo. Consigliatissima!

Invisibile e leggerissimo, sembra acqua!
Un siero solare spettacolare. Ha una consistenza talmente sottile e fluida che dimentichi subito di averlo addosso. Si assorbe in un secondo, non appiccica e scompare completamente su qualsiasi tipo di carnagione, senza lasciare la minima traccia bianca. Idrata a lungo, protegge la pelle a fondo e non crea imperfezioni. Se odiate le classiche creme solari viso dense e pastose, questo prodotto vi farà cambiare idea. Mai più senza!

I love there product but the La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Tinted Fluid SPF50+ 50 ml Protection against ultra-long UVA rays is far too runny and seeps into your eyes will not buy again, I contacted them as there other tinted face cream is great

I've been a loyal La Roche-Posay customer for a while now, and I'll say upfront: the products themselves have been genuinely good for my skin. That's why this experience has been so disappointing.
My most recent order arrived damaged - the box had been opened in transit, with visible spillage and staining on more than one item inside. I reported this to customer service and followed up multiple times, submitting photos as requested each time. Despite all of that, I still haven't received a resolution.
As someone who has supported this brand and recommended it to others, I expected better. The lack of follow-through has left me feeling disrespected, and honestly, it's shaken my sense of loyalty to a brand I once trusted completely. I hope La Roche-Posay takes customer service as seriously as they take their product quality - right now, that hasn't been my experience.

Come si può considerare efficace un prodotto che arriva (peraltro non in tutti i casi) a dare leggeri miglioramenti dopo otto settimane di utilizzo e due applicazioni al giorno?

Seit Jahren besutze ich Produkte dieses Herstellers und war bisher immer zufrieden, sowohl mit der Konsistenz, Geruch und Reichhaltigkeit.
Die Pumpspender für die Gesichtslotion finde ich auch verbesserungswürdig. Aber wegen der Qualität der Produkte kann ich da Abstriche machen.

Vor einigen Monaten habe ich Toleriane Rosalic AR Intensivpflege das erste mal gekauft und auch verwendet.
Ich war auch hier zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Als das Produkt aufgebraucht war, habe ich einen neuen Pumpspender erworben und die Creme auch verwendet. Sie roch unangenehm und „ranzig“ auf der Haut, obwohl das Verfallsdatum noch in weiter Ferne (2027) lag.

Daraufhin habe ich mich per Mail an den Kundendienst gewendet und das Problem geschildert. Die Antwort darauf kam erst viele Tage später und war sehrherablassend. Die bearbeitende Dame hat mein Problem überhaupt nicht ernst genommen, sie hat mich direkt abgewimmelt.
Aufgrund der fehlenden Duftstoffe können es durchaus dazu kommen, dass die Produkte sich so verhalten und auch dementsprechend riechen.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von diesem Verhalten und habe mich an die Apotheke vor Ort gewendet, in der ich das Produkt erworben habe. Die hat mir anstandslos den Preis zurück erstattet.

Der Dame vom Kundendienst habe ich auch noch einmal meine Meinung mitgeteilt… und zwar freundlich.
Eine Antwort darauf habe ich dieses Mal nicht erhalten.

A great everyday sunscreen

I really like the La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune SPF 50+. It feels lightweight, gives high sun protection, and sits comfortably on the skin without feeling too heavy. A great choice for everyday use! ☀️

Careline useless.I have phoned 5 times trying to find a replacement for Double Repair moisturising cream,which they have discontinued.I have been given completely wrong alternatives,body creams not face creams.One nice French lady put me on hold,then the survey kicked in and cut me off.I could not get back to her.I was cut off twice more.Frustrating.

Vous avez perdu 3 clients. Il y a un soit disant service d'information aux consommateurs qui consiste à 'informer que toutes les lignes sont occupées... Ah... Ah. .. Ah!!!
Le conseil aux consommateurs consiste à conseiller d' '' ESSAYER de rappeler ultérieurement'' Chers clients... qui faites vivre l'entreprise, on vous prévient avant de commencer qu'il faudra vous contenter d''' ESSAYER de nous recontacter ultérieurement". Contentez-vous donc des échecs futurs annoncés par ''essayer'' pcq depuis l'heure qui est censée être l'heure d'ouverture jusqu'à la fermeture 3jours après vous aurez le temps de mémoriser le message!!!!

I recently tried the Effaclar Duo M moisturiser and it was so impressive that I decided I wanted a full routine to match it. When I went onto the La Roche‑Posay website, I noticed they offer a skin analysis, so I completed it — and honestly, it was brilliant.

The analysis confirmed I have combination skin, which I already knew, but what really stood out was that it only recommended three products. No overselling, no unnecessary add‑ons, just exactly what my skin needed. That alone made me trust the brand even more.

I ended up ordering the recommended products from Boots UK instead of directly from La Roche‑Posay, purely because of some negative reviews about delivery and communication on their own site. Boots delivered everything within two days, so I was really pleased.

Overall, I’m genuinely impressed — the products, the skin analysis, and the honesty of the recommendations. I highly recommend La Roche‑Posay, but I’d personally suggest ordering through Boots or another trusted retailer for peace of mind.

The products are actually pretty good. However, their website can be confusing and deceptive. I ended up accidentally ordering two items I did not want with the click of a button. No verifications of YES or NO. I emailed them and got no reply back. I cancelled my subscription and will no longer do business with them. I suggest that if you do conduct business with them to be very careful and order one thing at a time. Do not get a subscription.

Assolutamente da evitare. Ho messo il siero al reticolo, da stamattina vedo sfocato, gli occhi bruciano. Domani mi attivo per denuncia l'azienda.

I’ve heard good and very bad things about La Roche Posay Hyula B5 crème I decided to give it a try I usually buy Clinique but the price has gone through the roof for very little !
I have to say this crème is fabulous it’s creamy light not at all greasy leaves my skin tingly and plump ! I’ve been using it morning and night for about 6 weeks and can see a big difference in the overall appearance of my skin yes it tingles but it really does work my make up glides on my skin looks clearer plumper and feels so hydrated …
I’m so glad I decided to give this product a try because it’s definitely going to be my daily moisturising routine for the foreseeable future!
Many have slated it but I can honestly say it really has worked wonders for me .. so much so I’ve bought another pot which was on offer in Boots Uk online matched with La Roche Posay face wash gel which it also amazing!

Products are great unfortunately they cannot get their act together on their logistics. Ordered a delivery waited the 14 days as requested by the customer service advisor and then La Roche Posay cancelled the order due to technical reasons. Now I have to start again. Will try Aveeno to see if they care more about their customers!

Mi sono sempre trovata bene con i saponi per il viso, la crema cicaplast e il siero vitamina c, ma ultimamente, e probabilmente non è colpa del brand ma o dei corrieri o dei rivenditori che li conservano male perché ad esempio il siero alla vitamina c sono già tre volte che lo compro e quando lo apro è già quasi ossidato quindi da buttare, con quello che costa…. ci vorrebbe più attenzione! e io da brand lo farei notare!!

Körpercreme ist gut und lässt sich auch gut verteilen. Leider lässt sich die Creme in der Pumpflasche nicht komplett leeren, ein beträchtlicher Teil wird nicht mehr hochgepumpt. Werde die Creme nicht mehr kaufen, da sie NICHT tierversuchsfrei ist.

I would give them zero stars if I could for their horrible customer and website. The chat doesn’t work and I had to call 3 times to get to a person. I ordered 3 products with a discount offer. I received only 2 because they cancelled 1. I had to call customer service to find out that it was out of stock. Why not put that in an email? Or send a note saying you will send it when it’s in stock. Of course now they miraculously 2 days later they have it in stock. I have not been refunded the difference in the amt. I would have to pay FULL PRICE to reorder it. They will not get another penny of my money. I will go back to Skinceuticals — they are a better product anyway. At least they have competent customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. Stay away from La Roche Posay!

Keinerlei Erfolg bei MELA B3 Anti-Pigmentflecken Serum. Trotz zweimonatiger, täglich zweimal verwendeter Behandlung, weniger als null Erfolg.
Auf schriftliche Reklamation meinerseits wird nur unzureichend eingegangen.
Finger weg von diesem Produkt und das Geld sparen.

This stuff is lethal. Wish I had seen the reviews on here and TikTok before buying if I could post a pic you would be horrified. Put on face before bed. Woke up looking like the creature from the black lagoon. Swelled sore and itchy. Absolutely avoid !!!!!!!

Nadat ik de la roche posay lipikar ap+m light baume had gebruikt reageerde mijn huid er bijzonder slecht op. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk, niet alle producten zijn geschikt voor elk huidtype. Na een bericht gedaan te hebben over mijn ervaring ben ik enorm goed geholpen door de klantenservice. Ik heb zelfs 2 nieuwe producten opgestuurd gekregen die volgens hen beter paste bij mijn huidtype. Ik geef daarom ook gewoon 5 sterren omdat ik service soms belangrijker vind dan hetgeen wat een merk verkoopt. Ik ben hierdoor enthousiast om de nieuwe producten uit te proberen!

Voor de volgende keer laat ik mij goed adviseren door la roche posay zelf zodat ik niet weer een slechte ervaring krijg met hun producten!
