Lipikar? Le contenant avec sa pompe est archi nul. La crème étant trop épaisse, comme les Shadocs tu pompes pour rien. Vu le prix🤮😤

GLS delivery is awful. I placed my order on November 23rd, and despite two “out for delivery” updates, it hasn’t arrived. Their excuse is bad weather, but it’s sunny in Lower Mainland, BC. La Roche Posay’s customer service wasn’t helpful either, simply repeating GLS’s response instead of resolving the issue. Very disappointing!

They advertised 3 for 2 deal over black Friday weekend. Their website did not apply the discount in the cart and after several calls and emails, they are still not helping me - now deal has expired. Terrible customer service - will never buy from them again.

La mia recensione negativa è per la catena notino che vende il Marchio on line. Ho constatato che il siero mela B3 ha subito un incremento del prezzo di vendita nel periodo del black Friday da 44.20 a 55.20 con sconto del 20% viene venduto a 42 euro. In farmacia il il prezzo di vendita, in promo, era di 45 euro con tanto di crema solare 50pf da 15 ml. Da consumatrice mi sento presa in giro in un periodo come questo di sconti vari e, a quanto pare, falsi. La risposta di Notino è stata che loro, coi prezzi, possono fare quello che vogliono e questa cosa non mi sembra molto trasparente.

Ich verwende das Produkt jetzt seid über 3 Wochen und ich kann nur die negativen Bewertungen bestätigen. Meine Haut bei der Augenpartie ist komplett rot gewesen, wund und ausgetrocknet. Davor habe ich Reviderm jahrelang verwendet und wollte Mal was Neues probieren, weil jeder davon erzählt und ich nur Werbung darüber sehe - großer Fehler. Ich werde wieder meine Produkte von Reviderm bestellen, ist zwar teurer als LRP, aber mein Gesicht ist wieder schön. Seit ich die Produkte verwende, hab ich mehr Pickel als zuvor.

i’ve been using the cleansing it does a good job for my pours i bought the moisturizer to see if it will stop my dry skin it did some work i’ve been using the gel acne it was okay very clumpy, i have whiteheads so i went to go buy the one for my white/black heads a few seconds after i put it on i started feeling burning and itching sensation it was like blood coming out of your skin it was very irritating and made my face really red i will not be using it again.

Ik plaats deze review niet omdat La Roche Posay mij niet goed heeft geholpen maar meer over de lijn van La Roche Posay zelf.

Het is een fijn product de La Roche-Posay Effaclar lijn. Maar ik moet hier wel bij aangeven dat dit op kort termijn een fijne oplossing is, wanneer je last hebt van acne. Maar stop ermee zodra de acne over is, anders gaat heel je huid barrière eraan. Dit heb ik helaas mee moeten maken, mijn huid was zo slecht dat ik verdrietig werd van het aanzicht. Mijn huid is nog nooit zo verstoord geweest, en nu ik hier verder onderzoek na heb gedaan is dit ook wel logisch.

In deze producten zitten zoveel middelen en stoffen die je huid tijdelijk aan de oplossing helpen, maar zolang je het langer gebruikt dan gaat je huid er echt aan. Hier zitten echt schadelijk stoffen in want het resultaat bij mij was echt schokkend. Meer acne dan ik ooit heb gehad en zelfs schuurplekken, lijkt me niet helemaal goed. Mijn huid was echt helemaal verstoord en geïrriteerd. Ik ben daarom ook meteen met deze routine gestopt en ben weer terug bij mijn oude vertrouwde routine. Een micellair water en een reinigingsdoekje voor de overige resten, een dag en nachtcreme en verder niks meer. En mijn huid is binnen 2 weken zoveel verbeterd en hersteld, zelfs de acne is bijna helemaal weg.

Ik plaats deze review dan ook niet om dit bedrijf te kakken te zetten, maar om mensen te waarschuwen met wat je op je gezicht smeert als je het even niet meer weet. Een artikel heeft mij geholpen om deze stap te nemen, want waarom moet je al deze middelen gebruiken gezien je dit vroeger ook nooit gebruikte. En ja dit klopt, mijn huid was toen zo egaal en mooi, en dat begint hij nu weer te worden. Af en toe een hormonale puist accepteren, en verder je huid de werking laten doen. Al deze middelen zijn leuk voor tijdelijk, maar verder zijn het gewoon verkoopproducten die ervoor zorgen dat je steeds meer gaat kopen en je hierdoor heel je barrière verpest.

I wish I read the reviews without ordering and wasting my money on this company. When I spoke with them on the phone they ensured me I would get full refund after 14 days, but still nothing. I returned the unopened product more than two weeks ago and have received no information on that. When I realised I had bought the wrong product, I sent it STRAIGHT away and messaged them even before I received the product saying I had ordered the wrong one and instantly I also ordered the correct one, believing that I would receive the refund for the other. I’m quite frustrated with the fact that it is SO difficult to get a refund from them and I still have no response. Will never order again from this company. Awful customer service.

Awful service. I ordered goods, they shipped via DPD to the wrong address. I was then told to collect them myself. I ordered the goods over a month ago and still havent received them or the refund. Staff on the phone are ignorant and unhelpful and just tell me it will take another month before they resolve it - I will never order from this company again. Absolutely dire.

It was recommended by my Dermatologist to use the Le Roche B3 Serum so I have seen a good improvement of my facial dark spots. However, I have been using it for about 4 months as directed on the packaging. But I am experiencing severe eye burning, irritation and blurry vision that lasts on and off throughout day and night. I shared this with my eye doctor and she suggested that I only use it maybe twice a week. I took her advice and my eyes are much better.
I forgot to mention that my facial skin is very sensitive in many places over my face, I have developed a slight burning sensation whenever I'm washing my face. I'm going to speak to my Dermatologist about all this at my next visit and I am going to discontinue using Le Roche products.

Never order online you will never receive the order because they will never ship it. the customer service is terrible they keep asking you to wait and allow 14 days for your order as if order is coming on foot. Ridiculous they wasted my time waiting and never even shipped the order even the tracking number they provided was fraud and invalid.

Absolute joke! I wish I read the reviews without ordering and wasting my time. My order never arrived and I kept being told different things by different operators. Never again!

Überteuert und schlecht. Benutzte früher eine Feuchtigkeitscreme von. La Roche Posay mit Ergebnis hatte mittelschwere Akne davon bekommen. Die Tube war mit 15€damals schon irre teuer. 15€ für den Reinigungschaum,was null gegen meine Akne half. Nachdem nun Effaclar Duo raus kam,eigens für Unreine Haut gemacht. Proben bekommen: Fazit. Es tut nichts absolut nichts gegen Akne,Weiße Mitesser. Im schlimmsten Fall sorgt es für mehr Mitesser, brennt bei den Augen. Eine Geschichtscreme die für Augen nicht verträglich, ist gelinde gesagt schlecht. Eine Gesichtscreme muss für jede Hautregion verträglich sein ,sonst kann man locker von Betrug und schädlichen Inhaltsstoffen ausgehen. Knapp 20€ für eine Creme ist Wucher. Preis Leistungsverhältnis steht hier in keinem Zusammenhang mehr, weil die Qualität schlecht ist.Selbst wenn die Qualität gut wäre z.b, was hier nicht der Fall ist,wäre das immer maßlos überteuert, für keine Effektiven Cremen.
Man pusht bewußt den Preis wegen den Markennamen, was eigentlich eine Frechheit ist.

Used to have good products I had confidence in for years and with good customer info services for individual queries. This service seem to have disappeared and they appear to have lost interest in their customers. They used to have a very wide product range which has drastically shrunk and products disappear at the drop of a hat!

They welcomed customer queries but now I have had to scour their websites for their contact details and the email I just sent them was returned with a Non-delivery notice. I copied and pasted it from their contact page and have now filled in an online query form. When I reached the submit button however I had to click a box to say I was a pharmacy business. When I realised it was not just to confirm I had read their t&c and unclicked it but it was sent anyway so I await a response. An standard automatic reply confirmed it would not be immediate because of how busy they are? …. Holidays, staffing shortages, home office … etc, etc?

At some stage not long ago they were taken over by L‘Orèal which might have a negative impact and I wonder what their future is.

If using products such as retinol it is worth researching the medical literature and questioning La Roche on their own research and product safety.

Der Cleanser für unreihne Haut hat nach einmonatiger Anwendung mein Hautbild verschlechtert. Ich bin von Cerave gewechselt weil ich gehört habe LRP soll zwar teurer aber auch hochwertiger sein. Der Cleanser fühlt sich reinigend an das muss man ihm lassen aber mein Hautbild hat sich verschlechtert und die Akne verschlimmert. Meine Freundin hat mit mir gewechselt und auch keine verbesserung erfahren.

Misforståelse

I have so bad experience with my first purchase I bought plenty suncream products for my family holidays I paid next day delivery to get them soon, here start the issue they sending with dpd courier, they coming twice to me an ask for a pink reference that without this not possible to get the parcel (who sending that pin I never could find it) ho surprise they never sending to me that pin number so the parcel back to the sender again the customer service pretended that I have to have make the solution for this horrible issue by my self to contact dpd and resolve the issue. However I did, I contact the dpd and they said after insisted to them your sender have to contact us and make you the solution, and them after half day lousing the time, pretending to have the solution in both sides not changes. I was so disappointed, frustrated and concerned because never received any solution now I make the email and I have to wait for me many back.
I have to say after I reading previous reviews I am not surprised I have to wait for so long I am not the only one with the bad customer service.
I am recommending if you want those products go any big farmacy and get them, not always you be like.
