Taste kaputt gemacht. Neue gebraucht. Laptopkey zuverlässig in 8 Tagen erhalten zu fairem Preis.
Kann man nichts mit falsch machen

After getting desperate finding OEM solutions for broken keys, I started looking elsewhere and figured I should give laptopkey a try. I don't regret trying their service out. They definitely saved my laptop's broken key at a fraction of the price it would have cost to send it back to the OEM out of warranty, not to mention the time it would have taken.

The order process was straightforward, I didn't find anything fishy, and the product was delivered quick. The fix was very easy. I'll keep this address bookmarked in the future should anything else break on one of my devices.

I ordered a key about a week ago but I only needed the replacement clip. I had my doubts because I didn't know if I should trust the website but the key arrived today and was able to replace it successfully.

Great service overall and fast delivery. Very happy with everything.

After contacting various sellers for a replacement key for my laptop only laptopkey.eu were confident they could supply a replacement. I ordered a key as per their recommendation and it arrived and fit without issue. Very happy with their service from start to finish. Perfect!

One of my two sons broke one of the keys on my HP laptop.

Keyboard replacement was problematic and not a long term fix with HP rivetting keyboards to the chassis.

After multiple google searches, chat sessions and emails with various parts companies.

Laptopkey.eu came to my rescue and shipped a replacement key from Poland, which arrived within 5 days.

Following a youtube video we were able to replace the broken key within 5 minutes.

A lifesaver! Broken by my son - 'C' snapped off - sent away for a replacement - it was around Christmas time so delivery was slightly delayed but my laptop looks like new again - I had trouble matching my model but I just emailed them some photos and they did the matching of the parts. Brilliant!

Behulpzame en snel reagerende helpdesk. De levering van de key duurde bijna een maand, maar dat was logisch in de drukke december maand.

Website biedt voor heel veel verschillende laptopmodellen de juiste key.

Great help and fast international delivery

I had trouble identifying the correct keyboard setting (there were 2 options relevant to my laptop and both matched but with slight differences)

So I used the site chat, where I was able to send a photo of my keyboard with the missing key as well. I was assisted and ordered immediately, key arrived fast considering covid and x-mas period too. Installation was seamless, I am very satisfied!

I was sceptical, being from the UK but I placed the order and the key arrived about a week later with the key and two hinges. I watched their video on how to install the key & hinge and now my laptop is complete once more. Thanks guys.

I ordered a key for my latop on this site. The key was good available and there was plenty of choice. When it delivered i watched a specific video from the site for my laptop. That was really useful ! I installed the key in one go and the print and colour is perfect :)
Price is not that cheap but doable.

Bit concerned by some of the reviews but only needed a couple keys so went for it
Service was excellent - super fast delivery, couple emails to say what was happening, when dispatched etc
Cheap keys, good service, laptop looking sweet again. I'd say buy with confidence!

First rate service. I ordered a new key and received a clafification response by email within a day. When I explained that the mounting also seemed to be faulty, they sent a full set of mounting, cap and key which arrived very quickly from Poland - my keyboard is now fixed.

Parcel arrived on time and fit perfectly for my MSI laptop. Do take time to look at the hinges under each key to make sure you order the right one!
Also included new keys for worn out ones.

I never got my order! They take your money and scam you!
Don't give those scammers your money!

Unfortunately it took 4 weeks to receive my key, but indeed during corona times. Good response time by mail and for the rest good service. Even received 2 hinges, which is appreciated as such small plastic items are fragile. Happy to have been able to repair my keyboard.

I was a bit unsecure cause of the several negative ratings on trustpilot, but in my case, everything was excelent. Laptopkey send me validation that the key was shipped. It came in good time. It was the right one. It fits. Nothing to complain.

I placed an order late March and spoke to them via email to ensure that I ordered the correct part. It's is now going to be 4 weeks and I still haven't received the order. The tracking number they gave me shows that they haven't sent the item to the courier. I paid €4.46 for tracked shipping for one laptop key, and now they are claiming that I should wait till May because they want to send it using non-tracked shipping. They claim that packages in letter format are not being sent in their country, so I fail to see how I will ever receive my package. They ignore calls and emails relating to my refund, and I've had to resort to opening a PayPal dispute. Avoid at all costs. I don't know how other reviewers have managed to order and receive their items in the time that I've been waiting for mine, I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are faked.

A bit late writing this but ordered from them a while back for a key for MSI laptop and got it within 3 days. Got let down by another website so came here instead absolutely spot on the key works fine to this day
