Brilliant customer service!

I incorrectly identified and ordered the wrong part which arrived. After contacting their support team, they were responsive and helpful. Through their guidance, I identified the correct key replacement I needed. They offered to send this to me at an additional but lower charge covering only shipping.

The part fit perfectly. I will 100% be using their services again.

Sehr schlecht als ich bestellte was da hieß es sie haben es derzeit nicht und bekamm mein geld zurück nach ein paar Monaten habe ich noch einmal geschaut da konnte ich das Model eingeben nach dem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert das die taste nicht passt hieß es ersatzteile für das Model verken sie nicht das hätten sie mir schon mall gesagt das ging dann noch etwas hin und her und am schluss bekam ich eine antwort ich soll bloß nichts mehr bei ihnen kaufen und bekam auch seit dem her keine antwort mehr bekommen allso nicht empfehlenswerte und

If you have a niche laptop or obscure keyboad, try this place.

I didn't find the key I needed on their site, but I also didn't on any others so I sent their support a picture of my keyboard with some model info to see if there was some hope.

There was, and their support responded quickly with a working alternative.

Shipping to DE was 4 days, a lot faster than I thought it would be. Pricy with the tracking number + 1 or 2 extras, but a lot less than other sites.

I regret ordering from there
I placed my order and didn't recieve my package for over a month. I proceeded to contact customer service. I really felt ripped off. Karolina K. from customer service first asked me if my address is correct, which it was. The way she wrote the email was sus. Then I was asked to check my letterbox. No apologies whatsoever.
Do these people really think I forgot to check my letterbox? "Sorry we need to check every possibility", she wrote me back, making it seem like I was the issue. After lots of emails and failed attempts to call customer service I asked for a refund. She told me they would send me another package, which was nice to begin with but then she told me "However, we encourage you to choose a letter with a tracking number. This is a more reliable form of delivery. Please make a final decision."
That gave me the rest. I had to PAY EXTRA for tracking for THEIR mistake. NEver would I ever give them another cent.
Dont order from there

I was skeptical that the package for my E key would not arrive because I am from the US. Luckily, it arrived today after 2 months, and it was well-protected. The replacement key is easy to replace and functions normally.

Es dauert auch bei Echtzeitüberweisung ein paar Tage bis man die Bestätigung kriegt, dass das Geld angekommen ist und danach noch ein paar Tage bis die Taste ankommt. Ist halt international shipping. Außerdem braucht das Team unbedingt einen besseren Deutsch-Übersetzer für Service E-Mails.
Die neue Taste passt aber perfekt (Ich bin kein Techniker und hab es trotzdem geschafft sie selber einzubauen).

Bestellt. Kam innerhalb nicht mal einer Woche an (bestellt: 02.04; Erhalten: 06.04). Sehr schnelle Beratung, sehr schnelle Lieferung.
Taste passt perfekt. Was will man mehr?

International delivering is always a bet.
In this case (in Italy), the package I bought hasn't arrived.
They are going on writing me that the package was correctly delivered but it isn't.
Their customer service is available and friendly, but the problem wasn't solved.
Update after 2 months, packages were delivered at a wrong address. Unfortunately the products were for a different laptop model. (I add 1 star...)

Great experience ordering from the Netherlands. I searched several websites and this website had both the part I needed and a good price. The package came in about a week, no problems.

would recommend if you live in a european country with reliable post service - delivered product was exactly what i wanted and arrived reasonably soon after ordering.

the only strange part of their process was shipping the order since it is done by post and not by a separate carrier. granted, it makes sense for such a small package.

my envelope left their warehouse the day after i placed the order and it got here around 4 days later. (i got caught out by a weekend in-between, otherwise it would have gotten here even sooner.)

they're based in southern poland i believe, take that into consideration when estimating how long your shipment will take to arrive.

Exactly what I ordered. Arrived (with standard mail rather than tracked / priority) a week after ordering, carefully packed. Recommended.

Haben mir ziemlich zeitnah meine Taste geliefert, aber leider die falsche. Jetzt wollen Sie von mir die Versandkosten nochmals bezahlt haben, wenn ich einen Ersatz erhalte. Finde ich nicht gut, daher bestelle ich nichts mehr in diesem Shop.

Avevo la necessità di acquistare un solo tasto e li ho contattati per chiedere se lo avessero del modello del mio PC in quanto non presente nell'elenco presente sul sito. Loro mi hanno risposto fornendomi un link per un tasto che praticamente era identico se non per la dimensione del carattere. L'ho acquistato e in una settimana circa mi è arrivato in una busta. Dunque per quel che mi riguarda valuto positiva l'esperienza.

Good informative homesite, quite fast delivery from abroad, received an extra key because they were unsure wich number 5 i was missing! Perfect fitment and function! Perfect!

Je tiens à partager mon expérience déplorable en tant que client.

Il y a de cela six mois, j'ai passé une commande de simplement 8 touches de clavier, mais le résultat s'est avéré être une déception totale.

Tout d'abord, le délai de ma commande a été repoussé à plusieurs reprises, sans aucune raison valable donnée par l'entreprise. Malgré leurs promesses initiales, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande à temps, ce qui a suscité de l'inquiétude et de l'agacement de ma part. J'ai dû les relancer à maintes reprises pour obtenir des informations sur l'état de ma commande, mais à chaque fois, ils me répondaient par des excuses vagues sans véritable explication.

Le suivi de ma commande était également catastrophique. Pendant toute la période de ces six mois, l'entreprise ne m'a contacté aucune fois pour me tenir informé de l'avancement de ma commande. J'ai dû prendre l'initiative de les contacter moi-même, et à chaque e-mail , on me disait qu'il manquait une touche et qu’ils allaient la recevoir d’ici 2 semaines maximum.
Pourtant, après chaque délai annoncé, je n'avais aucune nouvelle ni mise à jour concernant ma commande, ce qui rendait la situation encore plus frustrante. Je n’ai d’ailleurs toujours rien reçu à ce jour et ai demandé un remboursement.

Cette expérience en tant que client est tout simplement inacceptable. Le manque de transparence, la négligence dans le suivi de la commande et le non-respect des délais annoncés ont grandement entaché ma confiance en cette entreprise.

En tant que consommateur, je me sens trahi et ignoré, et je ne peux en aucun cas recommander cette entreprise à quiconque. Leur manque de professionnalisme et d'engagement envers leurs clients est tout simplement inadmissible.

Je souhaite que cette évaluation serve d'avertissement à d'autres clients potentiels pour qu'ils soient conscients de la qualité de service déplorable de cette entreprise. J'espère également que l'entreprise prendra conscience de ses lacunes et fera les efforts nécessaires pour améliorer son service client et respecter les délais annoncés à l'avenir.

I would want to give negative stars if possible.
Ordered a D key to my Asus laptop in February and haven't received it, almost been 6months.
Have contacted them numerous times to see the update on my order and only got the response "they'll be in stock in two weeks" or "we can only offer you a key with a D sticker on it"
Do not order from this store.
