Ordered a key (back in 2023) I broke and they didn't have it and asked me to "wait 2-4 weeks for a new shipment". It was my multimedia keyboard so it wasn't as urgent, so I waited. I waited for 3 months, no key, no updates on the matter until I asked. Then got replied "Unfotunately we still don’t have the key you need. Can you still wait ?"
ME: I can wait for a reasonable time, but if they don't have it in this month, I want my money back.
THEM: Well, if the key does not appear by the end of the month, we will refund the payment.

I tested how long it will take to something happen and let's scroll ahead FOR A YEAR AND 5 MONTHS. This is when I had to approach again since it was clear that they will NOT:

No key. No refund. Contacted AGAIN.
THEM (a few weeks back): "The refund should now be visible in your account. I'll check it and keep you updated."

Two weeks later: Still FAT NOTHING.

So I wouldn't trust them to keep their word. Feels like gambling. Maybe you win, maybe you lose.

EDIT: 3 days after writing this review I got contacted again, this time a different person. He finally made the refund and case is now closed. Can't say I'm happy about the experience but at least got my own back.

I was happy this could be my solution to fix a keyboard i dont want to throw away..
At first the emails were answered good.
When we came to an order i did the payment for the product and the delivery costs
After a while i started to email again bc nothing was arrived yet.
Email kept being answered correct, and then they asked for another small payment to send again.
That i also payed.
And again nothing came
After emailing it seems they have written the adress wrong.
Now nothing recieved and the option is to pay it all over again.
Not gonna do that again so thats why my experience is a 1 star.
I can show all this conversations if needed.

Ordered and paid 3 new key caps for my Logitech keyboard. Did not receive anything until now. No reaction on mails to support, neither on whats app.

follow up: Got in contact on the whatsapp number. It appeared that 10 days after ordering an email was send that one of the 3 keys was not available, although the website said it was but theu could send the 3th key witt a sticker-ed letter.

Received after 4 weeks 1 key original key that fitted, one key that fitted but ordered was an original E key not a combined E + € key, with also cam with a slight color change and one key with a letter sticker that came from another type/brand of keyboard and did not fit

Waste of money and time. Don't order here.

I had a damaged keyboard, and one key turned out to be even more damaged than initially thought. They were very helpful in solving the problem and sent me the correct parts. Now everything is working properly again. All for a very reasonable price.

Excellent customer service and great support. Packaged securely and delivered quickly. Keys fit the laptop perfectly. Satisfied buyer from Germany.

La clarté du site m'a aidé à trouver la touche pour mon clavier avec précision. La touche est arrivée de pologne, donc un peu d'attente, mais au final le résultat est là. Clavier comme neuf

Sehr gute Beratung für ein Problem mit mehreren PC-Tastaturtasten, deren Buchstaben "abgeschliffen" waren, sowie eine wackelnde Laptoptaste. Auch als sich herausstellte, dass einige der Tasten nicht im Original lieferbar waren, ein brauchbarer Alternativvorschlag (passende Tasten mit einem Buchstabenaufkleber). Dazu eine Video-Anleitung für das "zerstörungsfreie" Aus- und Einbauen der sensiblen Tasten. Und die Lieferung kam nach wenigen Tagen.
Das alles zu einem sehr günstigen Preis für fast 10 Tasten - die gleichen Tasten wären per Schiff aus Kanada im Original (Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard) für 10$ pro Stück zu bekommen gewesen. Lieferzeit entsprechend lang!

En essayant de me débrouillé par moi même j'ai commandé la mauvaise touche. Du coup la seconde fois je me suis fier au service pour déterminer eux même le bon modèle et en 2 échanges de mails avec quelques photos c'était réglé et expédier. ça à collé du premier coup sans soucis.

My experience was the best I could have. The support was great, they were at my disposable every time I needed.
And they were the only store in the world that had the space bar of my Lenovo keyboard. They were fast in sending the order.

A pesar de haber tenido un problema con el primer envío, se llegó a un acuerdo donde se envió otro el cual sí llegó afortunadamente al destino, se nota el compromiso con los compradores y la propia marca.

Tato firma mě velmi pomohla. Mám PC Asus Gaming. Praskla mě klapka klávesnice. Ačkoliv mám PC v záruce, tak mě záruku neuznali. Chtěli po mě, abych zaplatil celou klávesnici za 3.800,- CZK včetně práce. Značka ASUS mě velmi zklamala.
Ještě jednou velké díky a doporučuji tuto firmu.

The hinge of a very specific Lenovo laptop key broke - and while the Lenovo customer service was useless in spite of extended warranty, the laptopkey were amazing. Huge compliment to their customer service that helped identify the right replacement part, which was then sent out immediately.
