**UPDATE ** Keys did arrive today (a long time from order but I will allow for the various Royal Mail strikes etc).
Happier now that at least they have arrived and weren't a waste of money.

This company is a joke.
I made an order on 03-09-2022.
3 emails, no information about the order: they just asked me to wait without telling me WHEN the order would be delivered.
Order not delivered after 4 months.

I also read a lot of bad reviews just now.
Next time I will read the reviews despite it being an urgent need.

Despite they are in the US, the shipment will be faster and just a bit more expensive (I would probably spend 5€ more in shipping, not much more).

after ordering with the left ctrl key it took a very long time for the order to be delivered. The supplied key did not fit my keyboard . I was allowed to return this incorrectly delivered key at my own expense. I should have paid all the shipping costs for the order and now also the return costs. Despite the mistake they made, I have to pay the return costs. After that I will be refunded the costs of the wrong key. The shipping costs are more expensive than the cost of the key. In addition, I had to pay high shipping costs while the key was sent in an envelope with a stamp. After several emails back and forth, no solution is offered.

When I, by my own mistake, ordered a key that laptopkey did not stock, they contacted me and I changed it to a key from the same keyboard, thinking I could somehow change it to the letter I needed. However, when I got the package from laptopkey, I found they had included - without me asking for it - a compatible sticker with the correct letter, making fixing the keyboard oh so much easier. Downright awesome.

I'd like to add that the package came quickly; and ordering were quick and simple enough.

I've got the package 3 days before the estimated date.

Quality almost the same as the original.
I'd say 8-9/10 compared to the original one.

The only strange thing is I can feel the laser carvings of the letters on the button with my finger a little bit more than on the original buttons.

Also my other buttons have a little white transparent border thing under the button so the backlight can come through and this replacement doesn't.
Which makes the button a little (but really just a little) bit different. So when you look at the whole keyboard you can notice which button is replaced and which isn't.

But overall I'm satisfied. I'd say a 4.5/5 so I gave 5 star.
I'd order from them next time as well. (I hope I won't need to haha).

Bought three replacement macbook pro keys. No issues at all with quality, and provided spare hinge, with no extra cost.

I accidentally provided wrong country in shipping address, they sent new shipment as soon as I made them aware of the issue, no extra cost

J'ai pu commander auprès de leur site. Néanmoins, j'aurais du demander conseil en premier lieu car ce n'était pas les bonnes touches que j'avais commandé. J'ai donc voulu retourner les produits mais finalement on m'a envoyé les bonnes sans frais supplémentaires (sauf pour l'envoi). Je souhaite remercier Karolina K. notamment pour son aide et sa réactivité !

Azienda poco seria, dopo un mese non mi hanno mai inviato niente e per documentare il mio domicilio ( e dunque non un indirizzo presente sulla carta di identità, in cui normalmente viene indicata la residenza) mi hanno chiesto addirittura copia del documento e questo per 10 miseri euro. Ho chiesto di inviarmi più nulla vista la loro scarsa serietà. Non acquistate da questa azienda assolutamente inaffidabile.

The G of my HP laptop was not working and the expertise suggested me to change the whole keyboard for around 150 €. I ordered the G on laptopkey.eu, it arrived really fast and I only spent 15 €. Now everything is working.

Finally got my "A" key repaired because of this site, the package arrived within the promised time frame. Will definitely order here again if ever.

Premièrement, on me dit que la touche n'est plus disponible mais qu'ils peuvent la remplacer par un "Autocollant". Je demande donc un remboursement et là s'en suit une série de 4 mails où ils voulaient absolument remplacer cette touche par autre chose...

Après avoir menacé de créer un litige paypal on me confirme (enfin) que la commande a été annulée et me sera remboursée.

Seulement voilà, après une semaine toujours rien en sachant qu'un versement paypal est quasi instantané.

Very happy. After big search from myside. I could not find the key anywhere they knew exactly which key I needed. It fitted perfect.

This is a scam. I noticed a phishing attack while placing my order. They steal the infos of your bank account. I placed my order with PayPal because I wanted to give it a try and -obviously- I never received my order. I sent an e-mail but they are telling me that I cannot get a refund and if I want my package I should write a letter to the French Postal Service. I will not do that because I paid for a service and I expect them to give me what I paid for, even though it probably won’t happen. Don’t absolutely buy from them!! I can recommend you to buy a keyboard form Amazon and take the keys you need from it.

Da ich keine weitere Rückmeldungen von Laptopkey Europe erhalte muss ich davon ausgehen das es um Betrug handelt und das Unternehmen davon ausgeht, was auch vermutlich der Fall sein wird, das die deutsche Justiz aufgrund des Betrags nichts weiter unternehmen wird. Deshalb möchte ich Kunden von Laptopkey Europe über dieses Portal und weitere Portale warnen bei diesem Unternehmen Produkte zu erwerben.
Ich habe am 06.08.2021 ein Produkt bestellt und bezahlt. Am 09.08.2021 wurde diese als versandt angezeigt. Bis dato 09.10.2021 ist der Artikel nicht eingetroffen. Inzwischen erhalte ich auch keine Antworten auf meine E-Mails. Die einzige Antwort die ich erhalten habe, war "Wir beschweren uns bei der Post". Geld weg, kein Artikel = Betrug. Bitte beachten Sie, das auch andere genau diese Vorgehensweise gemeldet haben. Bezahlt, aber der Artikel ist nie beim Besteller angekommen.

Bought 3 replacement hinges and keys at laptopkey.eu for 17 euro and they arrived within a week. Great service when you need help to find the correct hinges and keys.
