Don't let the slightly shady looking website fool you. By comparing my retainer clip with the ones listed on their website and receiving help from their support (who answered the next day) I was able to find a replacement for a broken laptop key. Order processing and shipping was fast so if I happen to break my keyboard like a fool again, I know where to look.

Ordered two times now for different laptops.

Excellent service from Laptopkey, I ordered two keys and they arrived after a week, unfortunately I recieved the wrong keys which I do believe was my fault, I sent an email to Laptopkey with photos and they sent the correct keys for me for a couple of euros extra, fantastic service

I have sent 2 separate emails because I simply wish to replace a cap for my laptop. I have also included pictures of the cap so that they can provide me with an accurate answer.
I am still waiting for a reply. I must admit that the customer services are awful.

The left shift keycap of my laptop was broken but that one wasn't available. However, after a few mail back and forth, we found an alternative: the numpad + key (which is the only key that has the same dimensions). I do not mind the key text but they delivered a Shift sticker with it (that I do not use). The key fits perfectly and I am very happy because I have seen a youtube on replacing the entire keyboard and it is horror! Keyboard is fastened with a hundred or so plastic .. thingies.. that have to be molten with an iron.. crazy stuff. Don't wanne go there.

I had been looking to replace a single key for a long time, with no success. I was a bit reluctant to use their services at first, however their customer service was great. They indicated me which product I had to order because my laptop was not listed, and the key arrived after not so long.

I ordered a single key for my laptop. The delivery from Poland to Belgium only took 3 days. It was exactly what I ordered and it fit.

I bought two ASUS ROG keys with them for two letters on my keyboard.
They didn't send me the given keys, they only sent two plastic hinges and told me that was what I ordered. I took evidence that this was not right and presented it. They were asking me to return the hinges (with the postage costs on my side) and never refunded me for this. They even made fun of me on one of the emails I received.

I had to buy the keys from another vendor.

Very bad. Worst buying experience I've ever had.

Had a single broken key on Lenovo X1 Carbon G6 which is a new model and not listed anywhere. Got told on other sites they don't have it, guys here suggested that based on pictures a set from one of the older version might work. Got a single key with two hindges (they add one more FOC if you like them on Facebook) and it worked perfectly. Delivery to UK was about a week (no tracking) but all worked fine and I have a spare hindge for future.

I got exactly the key I needed, and although it did take a while to arrive, that can be forgiven as the distance from Poland to the US is great...
I did pay almost $12 for a single macbook key, but hey, it works perfectly.
(The package included the hinge, the rubber spring cup, and the key cap itself)

Received the wrong key hinge the first time round - I didn't realise how many types there were, even for the same keyboard.

Laptopkey.eu corrected the situation and sent me a replacement hinge straight out which is the correct fit and was easy to install. Many thanks.

I paid 10 bucks total for a key and three hinges, but the items I received were totally different than the originals. So i contacted support to send me the correct ones and they wanted me to pay again for shipment . No, I won't pay you for wasting my time.

I was offered a refund but instead I insisted on them sending me the correct hinge and they did. Worked perfectly

The delivery was really good, FR->GER in about 2 and a half day.
Packaging was adequate.
Bought a key and verified the build of the laptop upfront. Got the right key but with the wrong slotkit. Which I have proved via a picture.
I got told, that I ordered the wrong key and got a video link for the installation, which wasn´t helpful at all since I have the same laptop Keyboard as the one in the description/buy link.

We ended up, me being fed up to prove that i got one of the 2 models out there[dxdiag protocol] and laptopkey.eu made a "huge" bargain for being customer oriented.

Ordered a replacement key for my lenovo laptop, and received the correct order in good time. Had trouble fitting it probably due to damaged parts on the laptop. However, the support at laptopkey.eu was a waste of time: just those inane response questions that make you wonder whether it's a real human at the other end, or just a chatbot designed to make you go away.

Lost an M1 key for a Steelseries Apex 350, which is no longer manufactured by Steelseries, and laptopkey.eu appeared to be the only vendor with it available. Was able to pick out which key I wanted and check out with a tracking number and all. There was quite a bit of a delay considering I live in the United States but that was about all. The key works perfectly and I have not had any problems with it since. Overall, for anyone reading this who is thinking about using this site, I would indeed recommend.

My levono yoga 720 mysteriously lost a couple of keys, this was an easy way to get replacements, the only delay being the time it took for them to get from Poland to Scotland.

I bought a replacement G key for my Alienware 17. Came right on time and works perfectly. I was bit doubtful if the company was legitimate but it turned out fine. Really happy that I don't have to purchase an entire keyboard for 1 key.

Got an escape key and hinge for an X200. Very very close to the original, you can't tell the difference without looking under a magnifying glass.

My advice is, don't have so many domains for the same business. It looks sketchy and dilutes your brand.

Skulle kun bruge én knap til min lenovo PC, og det var alt for dyrt at få nogen til at udskifte den for mig - eller udskifte hele tastaturet.
