I have reached out to Figure, who Lakeview immediately sold me HELOC to, and have received zero response. The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. Today they contacted me accusing me of not holding up one of the terms of the loan, but it was exactly what I had asked them about that they failed to respond to. I am incredibly disappointed.

HELOC PROCESS WAS EASY AND AFFORDABLE
Dylan was incredible and he showed me that he was working to make my situation so much better for me and my family. He handled the process quickly and efficiently and within 5 business days, my HELOC was funded. I also know that if I feel I need to do a refinance, I will call Lakeview and speak to Dylan! All the staff was awesome and so helpful and a real team put all of this together!
