All went well I’ll say. With the exception of one thing.
When I placed the application in, my wife’s last name is different.
Im not sure why after it went through your process it took days to ask for a marriage license to verify we were married.
Why someone did not catch it way before that. My perspective was it’s now dragging out what can be done in hours at a bank.
I used you guys because our mortgage is with you as well.
I also had to give my info. Why doesn’t your computers talk with one another?

Frustrating
I found the whole process of getting a HELOC very confusing. It may make perfect sense to you but it is not user friendly. My wife and I have masters degrees. We are not stupid. What is the difference between an insurance "agency" and "company"? I had to choose one. Feedback was very good upon completion of each step, but there was no notification when the money was deposited into my bank account. I finally found the chat button to help get through the process.

Do not like the origination fees. I feel like having my mortgage with Lakeview should get me a discount on fees for my HELOC.
