Generally speaking, the process of getting the loan was fairly simple. Getting through to get assistance since loan was approved is very difficult for some unknown reason.

i leave all information as prompted and then it tells me they cannot work with my phone number. ?

Genrally the process was quick and clear. There is one thing I thought was stupid and wasteful. I had to apply twice, because the first time, when I entered my account number, I entered the numbers I use. Nowhere did it say to enter the complete account number including the filler numbers. THEN... instead of just letting go back and fill in the numbers, they just closed the application and I had to start over.
I almost didn't because I was pretty annoyed. But Austin is very charming and he assured me we could get through the re-do quickly. So, you owe this sale to Austin. He should get a bonus.

Easy to reach and speak to a human, not an AI. Knowledgeable personnel and staff, and straightforward answers; they don't beat around the bush.

Terrible, waiting on hold each time I call 35 min each call, asking me to resend information, days after I already sent it. No help, just an operator that says they are escalating calls to the right people. Borrow money locally, way to much of a headache.
