Order not sent

Order hairdryer 05 May 2025. Never arrived. Got some bot message when I contacted them saying my order was missed. Said they would prioritise shipping. Still nothing! Contacted them again & got message about only having hairdryer with EU plug in stock. I’ve since asked for a refund and nothing. Have sent other mails with any responses. Joke of a company. Stay well away😡

Hair dryer was good for about 6 months…

Hair dryer was good for about 6 months before lights started flashing and it stopped working. Multiple attempts over more than a month to get assistance from the company, no luck. Probably better to go elsewhere.

Bad customer service, mediocre blow dryer-limited controls.

The blow dryer blew out so hard that I couldn't control how much force. There was no setting to turn it down. They have an involved return process, which included requested a return. I followed the process and got approval to return it to an address with attention to a specific person. They claim that they haven't received my return and basically have quit communicating with me about it. Their customer service is terrible. I will not receive a refund.

AS A DENTAL SURGEON - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I bought two of the Laifen toothbrushes. One for my practice colleague to road test, one for myself. My intention was to review on my YouTube channel. My colleagues worked straight out of the box. My unit did not power on so I contacted Amazon for a replacement. The replacement did not power on. Ultimately, I have gone through three replacements that have not worked. Amazon were amazing when I discussed this with them and agreed to replace on so many occasions. With all the units I swapped out the charging cord, I changed charging sockets, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and finally reset the firmware. It was to the point of where it had become ridiculous. All I ever got was an error message stating “toothbrush malfunction”. It’s nearly been a week since I contacted Laifen Customer Services and they haven’t even responded. My question is how is this company surviving financially? When there is 75 percent failure rate of their units. My experience is by no means unusual when you read their feedback on Amazon and trust pilot. I cannot recommend this unit, so my advice is do not purchase. I will go ahead and review this on my YouTube channel, but its not going to do them any favours.

Excellent upgrade

With my old dryer I would spend at least 30 just drying my hair. It was heavy and noisy, and took up so much room in my vanity drawer. The Laifen dryer has been such a huge improvement to my routine. It’s quiet, lightweight, and has sleek design that is so much easier for both storage and travel. My hair is not only dry in record time, but the technology they’ve used also leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy, not frizzy and in need of moisture. The only critique, if I had to give one, is that I wish the controls were on the other side of the handle. I just prefer to use my thumb for the controls, but that’s just me lol. Overall it’s a fantastic dryer. Stop just thinking about it and get one already!

Poorly Mishandled Communication on Stock Issue followed by Insincere Resolution.. super aggravated first time customer

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. For a company that claims to value its customers and take pride in its products, the lack of communication and accountability was nothing short of deeply disappointing. I ordered a two-pack of toothbrushes directly from their official website—both products that were listed as in stock at the time of purchase and intentionally bought at a higher non overstock price.

After receiving no shipping updates for over a week, I reached out through the website portal. No response. I reached out again through direct email before I finally was able to get one. It took three weeks post purchase before I finally received any kind of update or response. I was then told that one of the brushes (the blue ABS) was out of stock at their warehouse...information that should have been shared much earlier, especially since the website showed it as available at the time of purchase.

Then, I asked if I could switch to a different in-stock item and pay the price difference on the one I would like to get instead, but was told they don’t allow exchanges like that. Instead, I was advised to cancel my order and place a new one? Thereby risking another stock issue on the next one I wanted to order, and having to repeat this kind of interaction after nearly a month of waiting... I hoped doing it directly wouldn't further delay the product being sent properly and even offered to pay that price difference. And how their only gesture of goodwill was a generic 10% discount code that’s already publicly available on the site for everyone to use....

This is my first time ordering anything with this company, and it's left me questioning whether they value customer trust or repeat business at all. A simple proactive email about the stock issue would have gone a long way, but instead, I was left in the dark until I was forced to follow up repeatedly before they decided to finally say something on it. I am simply at a loss for words......

Here's the last email I received from them..:

1. We would like to confirm that the item currently out of stock is the blue ABS toothbrush, not the aluminum alloy toothbrush as mentioned earlier.

2. The blue aluminum alloy toothbrush is in stock and will be shipped to you as scheduled.

3. If you were considering replacing the blue ABS toothbrush with the blue aluminum alloy toothbrush, we regret to inform you that we do not support exchanging items by paying the price difference. Instead, we recommend canceling your current order and placing a new one for the desired product.

As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to offer you a 10% discount coupon for your next order. You can apply the code WELCOME10 during checkout.

I purchased a hairdryer from here and it arrived promptly. I absolutely love it - makes hair silky, shiny and quick drying without much sound. It cut out this week and I emailed and received an email back asap to offer support to repair or replace. Within 2 days they sent replacement and tracking order. Je recommande, mais faites attention

J'ai passé commande le samedi 8 Mars ou alors le dimanche 9 Mars, et l'arrivée du sèche cheveux que j'avais commandé (Swift special) était prévu pour le 16 Mars, mais je l'ai reçu le Jeudi 20 Mars il me semble, le paquet était complet et le sèche cheveux fonctionnel, il l'est toujours mais j'attends de voir car j'ai lu de nombreux avis sur site disant qu'il avait arrêté de normalement fonctionner après 2/3 mois. Mais sinon, il marche très bien et effectivement sèche mes cheveux à faible porosité beaucoup plus rapidement que mon ancien. Les embouts s'aimantent bien et ne se détachent pas du sèche cheveux qui est d'ailleurs très léger. Je ne sais pas si j'ai été chanceuse, mais aucun problème avec mon sèche cheveux pour l'instant. Cependant, faîtes attention, j'ai lu de nombreux articles 1 étoiles sur ce site et j'ai sûrement été chanceuse.

I bought the Laifen SE Lite · High-speed hair dryer - Glossy Purple. I love how light it weighs and how quick it dries my hair. I have two suggestions with the design, wish the settings were some other place. I seem to change the settings not meaning to. also the attachment falls off easily, wish it attached tighter.
