Best tech money can buy

Best tech money can buy. I have several products and have to say that they are really better then the competition. The toothbrush is definetly their best product as well as the replacement brushes that can suit anybody. Sensitive, whitening or simply clean do their job perectly!

I Wish More People Knew About Laifen!

I wish more people knew about Laifen - was bought to their products by the Apple-like design and packaging etc. Our two toothbrushes are still going great after months and months of use. Recently bought another pack of heads and they too just like the toothbrush itself came really well packaged and designed. My teeth are definitely better visually now than they were with my Oral-B.

Good for a year.. only.

My husband purchased the Laifen wave electric toothbrush from Amazon at the end of July 2024, along with 6 additional toothbrush heads. He loves the toothbrush. Unfortunately it stopped charging, therefore stopped working a week after the 12 month warranty period was up. We still have 3 unused heads! We contacted Laifen with all the order details. I acknowledged it was just after the warranty period ended but asked for a repair or replacement in good will. They responded and said they would not, and offered a small discount on buying a new one. Super disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you want to buy one every year! Surely that’s not good for our planet.

Incompetent delivery carrier and customer service

I ordered a hairdryer on 7/13/25. It was supposed to be delivered on 7/18/25. They used an incompetent carrier. YunExpress claimed that there was an incorrect address. I confirmed the address was correct on 18th, 21st, and 22nd. they promised to redeliver but never did. I opened a customer service ticket 88657 with Laifen on 22nd and spoke to Laifen customer service on 23rd. Despite several calls, emails Laifen customer service has not addressed the issue or sent a replacement as promised. Received a signature required replacement order on 8/9/25. Luckily I was home. I am very disappointed it took a bad review on Trustpilot to get Laifen customer service to address the issue. Buyers beware: "The Worry-Free Purchase Insurance" thar Laifen offers did absolutely nothing (offers nothing of value) and should be refunded.

Laifen Toothbrush does not work - Garbage

I received a Laifen toothbrush as a gift. When I got around to using it, I followed the instructions but it would never power on. I looked online for other solutions, but nothing worked. I tried to contact support twice, but they never got back to me. I tried one more time and the bot said I needed the receipt but it was a gift. It is time I cut my losses and throw it away. I wish I could give zero stars.

Love the dryer, but slowwww delivery

I gave a one star review initially because they sent an email asking me how I liked my hair dryer, but I hadn’t even received it yet, and it had been over 2 weeks since I ordered. I did finally receive my order, and I have to say I love the dryer. This is my second Laifen, and they dry amazingly fast. Love the diffuser attachment, as well, for curly hair. Hopefully this one will last longer than my last one did.

Update --- man hat sehr kulant reagiert und das Problem segr ermst genommen. ---
8 Euro Versand um drei Zahnbürstenköpfe für 15 Euro zu liefern. Und dann der Oberhammer: 1 Euro und ein paar Zerquetschte um das Paket bei Verlust abzusichern. Ich bin fassungslos.

Ma commande LF1732FR n'est pas…

Ma commande LF1732FR n'est pas trouvable sur le site. Le délai de livraison n'a pas été respecté, en revanche j'ai bien été prélevée immédiatement. J'ai une confirmation de commande mais aucune confirmation d'expédition alors qu'ils annoncent des délais de 2 à 7 jours.
Le bot sur le site ne permet pas de parler à un service client.
Mon ticket est sans réponse et j'ai des doutes sur le fait que je vais être livrée un jour.

Pessima esperienza

Esperienza negativa. Comprato 10 giorni fa un asciugacapelli in promozione pagato con carta di credito e mai ricevuto. Bartolini lo tiene ostaggio perché laifen vuole da me altro 30 euro che per loro ammissione non sono dovuti ed è stato un disguido Ma Bartolini non ha ricevuto nuove indicazioni per consegnarmelo così ad oggi io ho pagato e mai ricevuto nulla. Scritto un sacco di mail ma nulla. Quindi non comprare da Laifen. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Kundenservice top

Ich habe den Laufen SE Föhn bei Amazon bestellt und hatte Problem damit. Bei Amazon bin ich diesbzgl nicht weitergekommen. Dann habe ich eine kritische Bewertung verfasst. Der Laifen Kundenservice hat sich daraufhin direkt bei mir gemeldet und das Problem extrem kundenorientiert behoben. Ich bin nun sehr zufrieden mit den Föhn und noch mehr mit einem solch kundenorientierten Service, vielen Dank!!

Product Failed Just After Warranty – Zero Support. Avoid!

My electric toothbrush stopped working just over a year after purchase. I reached out to the company about one month after the warranty expired, expecting at least some goodwill support.

Instead, they flat-out refused to help — no repair, no replacement — just an offer to buy a new one with a discount. That’s not support, that’s a sales trick.

A reliable company stands behind its products even slightly beyond warranty. This one clearly doesn’t. If something breaks right after warranty, you’re on your own.

Poor product quality, terrible service. I’ll never buy from them again, and I’ll make sure others know what to expect.

Order not been delivered. Customer Service unresponsive

I placed my order on June 6. It’s been over a month and has yet to be shipped. Customer service only replied to my initial email, saying they would ask their warehouse and keep me updated. Unfortunately, they didn’t keep me updated and haven’t replied to any further emails I’ve sent, via their website, replying to my initial email thread or from sending a new email

Update
Laifen have reached out, and have amended my order to provide an alternative and have included an additional item free of charge. The order was finally delivered at the end of July, meaning it took almost 2 months

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT…

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service from Laifen. I pre-ordered a dryer in November 2023, unaware at the time that the pre-order would take some time to arrive. The team were incredibly helpful in answering my questions and they even offered to refund me if I didn’t want to wait the allotted time. I did wait and I received the dryer in December of the same year. I thoroughly enjoyed using the product but this week, it unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to the company’s customer care email and they responded immediately. After sending them a short video of the dryer, they emailed me back THE SAME DAY, saying that they would be sending me a replacement dryer asap. I am blown away (😝) by the efficiency with witch they have handled my issue. The lady I dealt with has been kind and cordial and I cannot sing Laifen’s praises enough! I am just not used to this sort of customer service in 2025 and I am GRATEFUL! Thank you, Laifen. 🙏🏻
