McIntosh Recenzje

James managed to get Norwegian World Cup yarn for me and unfortunately when I wore them they were knocked out!
Also I asked about cubed fixed knitting needles which again he could supply.
Delivery on both occasions was very quick.

Small company, big range of products, and phenomenal customer service. I’m so glad I stumbled across this company, I’ve submitted 3 different orders over the last couple months and every time I’ve been impressed. I couldn’t recommend the company highly enough

Very prompt, good item, well packaged with personal message

Thank you for your support, guidance, night service standards and commitment to quality.

Great choice of crafting accessories, easy to order with speedy dispatch and delivery.

Excellent service, fast delivery and products as described on the website

Great product and the whole buying experience feels friendly and personal. Great communication re delivery and item was packaged beautifully. Will definitely be purchasing more! Thank you for the personal touch! 🤗

Quality of goods ordered and the way they were packaged. I didn't mind in the least that I had to wait for the full order, as you explained why. I shall order agsin when I need something. Thank you.

Personable customer service. An excellent product line for a small business. My order was received promptly and was well packaged. Would highly recommend McIntosh to my fibre friends and family. Thank you James for all your help.😊 Now I'm just waiting for my yarnie piggy bank to have the funds for my next purchase 😀🧶

Great service. The website is well laid out and the order was fulfilled promptly. I've already bought twice from McIntosh and will happily buy again.

Great service in sourcing yarns not originally offered and later in arranging dispatch to suit.

Just what I was looking for will be ordering more in bigger sizes

yarn ordered, July 30,2026, was exactly what I wanted! The colors, black, gold and red stripes, are very difficult to find, I'm anxious to knit the socks! Since I am in the USA I needed some help from James to complete the order and the help was immediate. Shipping was more than I anticipated, but for a special person, was doable. Linda Decker.

Very good service, packages arrived quickly and well packed. Customer service when I had an issue with a product was fast and very courteous. One of the only providers I have found that supply lantern moon in the UK. Will certainly buy from again and encourage anyone else to as well!

Prompt delivery of items and well packaged, thank you!

Prompt delivery

Always a pleasure to order from James at Mackintosh yarns. My order arrived without any trouble and was exactly what I wanted. James is so helpful and happy to chat if need be. My go to place for Langyarns wool. Perfect for sock knitting and I love the hidden spool of thread inside. James sells the darning thread separately which isn’t easy to locate from other retailers

Product is superb and customer service excellent. I checked on something I thought was wrong but got an immediate and realistic reply (I was wrong!)

I really wanted the Norwegian sock yarn by Lang and noticed McIntosh had good reviews and could source exactly what I was looking for. Yarn arrived securely packaged and I didn’t have long to wait.
Excellent service.

McIntosh is a fabulous shop. I bought some wool that looks so different from anything else I've seen and it is beautiful. I reached out to McIntosh and got a suggestion of a lace pattern that I can't wait to knit.
