McIntosh Recenzje

Friendly, prompt professional and reasonably priced. Quick delivery and well but not excessive packaging

A clear website and the company were welcome and informative. The timing of the order and delivery were accurately described and fulfilled

Quick efficient friendly service and lovely olive wood needles , not cheap but excellent quality , my second purchase from this shop and will not hesitate to return Thank you

Purchased a book of lovely patterns. Have picked the one I want to knit, ordered the yarn, just waiting for it to arrive.

Wonderful quality of yarn. Excellent communication and service.

Order arrived promptly with nice personal touches.

First time purchase from McIntosh and I’m a very happy customer. They have an excellent range to choose from with quick dispatch. Love the personal touches too!

I’ve received an excellent service from James. I needed a special yarn (Yang Merinos 70) to knit a sweater and I couldn’t find it anywhere in Quebec.

Having seen that the yarn was available on the Knit McIntosh’s website, I placed my first order and, upon reviewing the pattern, I had to quickly communicate with James to add more balls to that order. He was really kind and helpful during the whole process.

Later, I realized that I wouldn’t have enough yarn to finish the sweater so I wrote to James once again and ask him for more balls insisting on getting the same dye lot and that’s what happened.

Delivery was really quick especially for international order.

Thank you James for your fantastic customer service. My hairdresser adores his new sweater!

The wool is fabulous and so is the service. When I realised I had under ordered James was very helpful and my extra wool came very quickly. I shall be ordering more wool when I've finished my project.

I have bought from this business a few times now and each time the process was very fast and efficient. I received my items within a few days. Also, I love the selection of products available. I will definitely be a repeat customer

Very good service

Absolutely amazing customer service. I asked a question and my question was answered within minutes. Smooth ordering and delivery.

Patterns and wool are all beautiful.

Quick dispatch with really good communication but what really made this great was the lack of plastic packaging. I opened my order, took my items and can place every bit of packaging in the recycling. Love it. Thanks James!

James is always helpful and responds to any queries promptly. Just purchased circular needles from him, spoilt for choice! His website is easy to use, so the only issue is deciding exactly what to get!

Choosing the yarn from Lang and getting updated about my order. Even with the holidays my yarn arrived perfectly packaged with no plastic and a hand written card from James. The yarn I ordered is from the cloud range, it is soft and a beautiful colour. I am very happy with my shopping experience and will be purchasing again

Super fast delivery. Attention to detail is noteworthy. From ordering to delivery James’s communication is excellent. Goods are beautifully packaged. Have purchased lantern moon needles and my husband gifted me lantern moon crochet hooks for Christmas. They are wonderful to use with my arthritic hands. I haven’t purchased yarn yet, only because my current stash is almost greeting us at the door!! But I will be doing so soon. I highly recommend this business. A personal service in an impersonal marketplace ❤️

Lovely buyer experience. Well delivered. Excited to use again and buy some of the bespoke dyed yarn.

Quick easy ordering. Fast delivery and a lovely thank you note.

Great communication from James as always.
My new ginger needles are so beautiful. They have some weight which makes them feel really good quality. The metal is a lovely bronze colour. The case is lovely, although there are 2 loops whose purpose I haven’t worked out! The other 2 loops fasten onto toggles to form a stand for the pattern.
The sock wool feels soft, but I must try and finish my current project (s) before casting on.
This is a great shop and I will be back again.
