When you rent KlassWagen you get 109% screwed and pay at the end much much more as it looks at the beginning / avoid at any circumstance KlassWagen
When you rent KlassWagen you get screwed from the beginning to the end. I could not pay the guarantee amount of 2600 EUR as my credit card was over the limit. I had then to take the full rent protection of 900 Euro - by sudden the car rent was much more than I would have done this with Hertz or any other reliable rental car company. What you need to take care is, that when you drive abroad, then they charge you an unbelievable amount of money / respectively 220 Euro for a trip to the airport in Munich. The best comes at the end / according to their navigation system I was in Italy and Slovenia- where I was absolutely not. In their advertisement they claim unlimited mileage - but nowhere it is stated that you cannot travel abroad - and then I saw in their office it costs between 10 to 50 Euro per day / depending on where you drive. Germany was the lowest / but at the end I paid 220 Euro for that purpose that I just parked the car for more than 2 days at the airport in Munich. At the return the agent was speaking about a penalty and if I would call them earlier that would be cheaper. He also said / either you pay immediately if later it will be 500 Euro. This practice should take all people’ attention / avoid KlassWagen at any case. Traditional car hiring companies are reliable and look at the first moment mor expensive - but take them as at the end the KlassWagen comes out as much more expensive with all penalties and practices

We would like to clarify that, at the time of vehicle collection, customers may proceed with one of two rental options: the standard option, which requires a damage deposit to be secured on an eligible credit card with sufficient available funds, or the Klass Total Cover option, which provides zero liability for covered damages and does not require the standard damage deposit.
Cross-border travel is also subject to specific conditions and applicable fees, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
We understand that these aspects can significantly influence the overall rental experience, and we appreciate your feedback. Clear communication and transparency are important to us, and your comments will be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our service.

The whole experience right from the…
The whole experience right from the airport pickup.
The vehicle given was a new vehicle and en excellent condition.
Razvan processed the pickup and the contract very quickly and ensured a smooth handover.
During the 10 days drive across 5 counties we had no issues at all.
The return of the car on the final day was seamless.
Calin was very efficient and ensured the handover process was quick and seamless.
The price of rental was quite reasonable .
All and all a wonderful experience and would certainly recommend Klass Wagon Vienna to friends.
