Car was new. Pickup and drop off was good. Staff were friendly. All and all great price and experience - and could drive the car to serbia with the corss border policy.

Problem the real price is not displayed on booking. So if you reserve through booking, and have no credit card. The price doubles. Booking sent me this notice only after I reserved. Should've read better. However booking showed me a price. And then they specified I need a credit card with 2600€ on it only after the initial money were in their account. And I couldn't do anything anymore. Because it wasn't refundable. And I still neded a car. It is truly sad when you expect a price and have to pay double. You feel scamed. Is not the money the problem. Nonetheless it was my fault also should've read better on booking or get directly to your website. However I got really happy about the intial price booking gave me. Without knowing that if I don't have a credit card I will have to pay double with the debit card. Bad communication on booking.com part and also on my part for not reading everything.

I had a very disappointing experience with Klass Wagen, a Romanian company. Eight years ago, I was charged €500 for damage to a windscreen that I could not even see.

More recently, Klass Wagen informed me that a cyberattack had resulted in the loss of data, including my sensitive documents. I asked why the company still held my data, what legal basis it relied on, and for what purposes it was being used. A month later, I still haven’t received a reply. Meanwhile, the company added me to its mailing list without my consent, and I’ve been receiving unwanted emails for a month.

This raises serious concerns for me about the company’s handling of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including transparency, lawful processing, data retention, and direct marketing. If you’re looking into potential collective claims involving this company, its conduct may be worth examining; based on my experience, it looks like a quick win. Of course, any legal outcome would depend on the evidence and applicable law.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Klass Wagen. I suggest looking for a more reliable and professional alternative.

The staff was friendly and provided good service. The rental was as advertised, both in car model hired and price.

First of all, the car was fine, the staff was friendly. But I think the general strategy of this company is to squeeze money out of their customers wherever they can.
- I paid ~150€ for crossing the border for 5 days, this is MUCH higher than anything I paid with other companies so far.
- If I understood correctly, there is an extra charge for using Austrian highways which I never had with any other rental car company
- The pick up is listed as Vienna airport but there is actually still a shuttle service to the place
- When renting the car they have a very high deposit. They try to push you into paying extra to get a 0 deductible. I assume, if your credit card limit does not cover the deposit you have to pay the extra if you want to rent the car.

So be careful with this company, they do not seem to aim for a satisfied customer but to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Sometimes the cheapest option is not the best.

Very good company the people working in the office very helpful things go smoothly much better than the( companys in the airport terminal) I advise people to reserve with this company

I had a 5-star review last week, but unfortunately I have the very opposite of that this time.
I was going to pick up a car from Budapest and go to Austria with the potential to go to Italy.
There is no transparent information on the booking site (obviously well hidden in the small print....) but still highly contradictive.
Apparently Klasswagen Hungary does not let me take the car to Italy, but Klasswagen Austria would let me do that.
I was expecting a flexible approach, with having the customer in the focus, I offerec that I would happily take the car to Klasswagen Vienna, pickup another one, then drop the car back to Klasswagen Austria, and take the original car to Budapest.
First the officer said yes, but whne I tried to dig depper, purely because of the complexity of the situation, the officer (O.G.Z.) became very rigid, replied my email randomly in random order. THis is the 21st century, one office lets me take the car to Italy, the neighbouring office does not!!! Absolutely hilarious....
On the top I have been rolling 51 Euro overpayment in front of me for 8 months. Due to the experience I will not planning to go ahead with any future business with Klasswagen but they are refusing to give my money back. It is highly shameful!!!! Beware!!!!

Precisam melhorar a comunicaçâo com o cliente. Nao ha um telefone que funcione, tampouco algum chat on line para retirada de duvidas.

Inte transparanta med extra avgifter. Debiterade mig 105 Euro för 3 dagars resa till Slovakien / Bratislava.
Skulle inte boka dem om jag visste för detta extra avgift.
