I’ve had a wallet for about five or six years. The money clip piece of it wasn’t holding the bills like I would like. Other than that, the Wallet has held up amazingly. I contacted the company and they sent me a new wallet. I received my new wallet within a week. The process was very simple. They even sent a return label for me to send my old wallet back. Truly, the last wallet I will ever buy. You don’t find a lot of companies with this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family.

Appear legit upfront but total scam- REVIEW updated
I cancelled order within 2 minutes of ordering but they said they had to ship anyway. When I tried to return it the return portal doesn't work and they no longer engage with me.
I am updating my review as I was able to work with support team at Kings Loot and they credited my account for the purchases (minus a return shipping fee). The support team was persistent and eventually made it right in the end. Perhaps it was just a fluke with the orders not being cancelled and then the return portal not working, etc. I appreciate the willingness to make sure it was corrected.

I recently had an excellent experience with Kings Loot customer support, and I felt it was worth sharing.
Several years ago, I received a Kings Loot wallet as a gift and have used it daily ever since. The wallet performed exceptionally well and became an essential part of my everyday carry. After years of regular use, however, it developed a persistent odor that could not be removed despite multiple cleaning attempts.
Because I currently live in Honduras, I was concerned that making a warranty claim would be difficult. Most companies require customers to return the original product, and international shipping can be expensive, time-consuming, and inconvenient. I honestly expected the process to be complicated.
