I bought this wallet for my husband, and the product itself was good, you can’t really see the engraving so I wouldn’t opt in for the extra money there, however, my issues came with trying to do the “free lifetime replacement”. The pull tab on my husband’s wallet broke and so he couldn’t use that anymore and I remembered oh yeah we can get this replaced for free super simple right? Nope, first they charge you a fee and they also charge you the cost of the wallet which is a hold that they don’t tell you about then they ask you to send the Wallet in first before you receive the replacement and then they will ship out the replacement. Even t-mobile sends you your replacement phone before they ask you to send back the broken phone. So my husband has now been without a wallet for over a month. Then it was shipped to the wrong address, when I signed up for the replacement, I had to input our address and also my credit card would not work without it putting the correct address yet somehow it got shipped to our old address that we haven’t lived at for over two years. So instead of just correcting the issue and sending us the wallet, they then charge me another three dollar fee for re-shipment. From my understanding, they didn’t include the engraving that I initially paid for upfront, which not a big deal, but I did pay for it so you would think it would be on the replacement. We still haven’t received the wallet but basically I won’t be purchasing anything from this company ever again. And honestly mainly because of their business practices. They don’t honor their customers. They try to nickel and dime you when you need a replacement for their product and asked them to honor the promises they make. Really sad because they could have a great business model. Extremely poor execution. Do better.
