I’ve had this wallet for almost two years, and I love everything about it. It’s very easy to access my cards, and even with more than ten cards, it doesn’t feel bulky in my pocket. I 100% recommend it.
When I needed a replacement, customer support helped me through the entire process until I had a new one in hand.

Thank you so much for the 100% recommendation, your continued support, and for repping Kings Loot!
We hope you have a great day!

Capacity is not accurate
The capacity is not accurate. This piece is no bigger than original Away carry-on piece. It’s 38L max, not the 50l+ they advertise. It’s the exact same luggage as Away original and just another example of social media hacks. And free engraving = no returns. Save your $ - it’s a $500 piece that’s worth $75 on Amazon - at best

A friend gifted me a Kings Loot wallet
A friend gifted me a Kings loot wallet, within 3 months the card retriever failed and 2 years later the stitching is falling apart. Lifetime warranty is a Joke. They want information on when, where, who, bla bla... Again it was a gift. Wallet bears their logo. So what's the issue- To start they want 1/3 the price to replace/repair it so that warranty is worthless you- are paying more then their cost to send you another so they are still collecting $ from you on a warranty. The product is not much better that a $30 wallet. Quality is not the best- 2 years and falling apart. If you like shiny things that don't last - this company is for you. If you want something comparable just go to a local store and pay 1/4 of their price. It would be the same quality and last just as long.

Hi Jody,
We sincerely apologize for the frustration with your wallet and our warranty process.
We hear you—dealing with order verification on a gift can feel like an extra hurdle, and paying shipping/handling fees under a lifetime claim is not the experience we want for you. We stand behind our leather and craftsmanship, and we want to get this right.
Please reach out to support@kingsloot.com and we are happy to assist you in the best way we can!
We hope you have a great day.

Kings Loop stand by their products!
Kings Loop stand by their products and their lifetime guarantee is no joke! I lost the money clip from my two year old wallet...it's covered! Fantastic customer support who helped me track down the original gift purchase using my wife's email and our old house zip code. They could have punted when my email had no wallet purchased recorded. You cared enough to figure this out. You have a lifetime customer in me.

Hi PaulC!
A Lifetime Guarantee is only as good as the care behind it—and we're thrilled we could get you taken care of!
We know life happens (and order details get misplaced), so putting in the extra effort to locate your gift purchase was the least we could do to keep your favorite wallet in action. Thank you so much for the stellar review, your lifetime loyalty, and for being such an awesome part of the Kings Loot family!
We hope you have a great day!

Lifetime Guarantee is for Real
Two years ago I bought my husband a Kings Loot wallet for Father’s Day. With its rich Tuscan leather feel, thin profile, RFI CC shielding, adjustable money clip, and clever quick card access design it quickly became his all time favorite wallet. Although the wallet came with a Lifetime Guarantee I did not think he’d ever need it. So a few days ago, my husband was fiddling with the money clip at the checkout line and in rush to check out the adjustable clip must have fallen off….luckily all the currency was still safely in place in the wallet.
When my husband checked online to see if King’s Loot sold a replacement money clip he noticed the Lifetime Guarantee. With little expectation, he wrote to the Kings Loot Customer Support to ask if a lost clip qualifies for a replacement wallet. Within a day, he received a reply that yes, it would replace the wallet. The Support team could not find the purchase matching his email address so he they asked for the original Order Number and my email and delivery address of the purchase. I could not find the order number so he sent Support my email address and our old home address when the wallet was purchased. I later found the old Order Number which he sent separately.
The next day, he received a kind note from Support stating the wallet would be replaced and explained the replacement ordering process. In addition, the support team also reached out to my email keeping me appraised of the order status! The process was simple to follow and he expects to receive the new wallet soon with mailing instructions to send back the old wallet.
I am so impressed by Kings Loot for standing by their quality products. Their support team is not only fast but very helpful working with my husband to get his favorite wallet replaced. You have earned our loyalty for a lifetime!
