I fell in love with Kevin Murphy products when I changed hair salon. I simply had to ask what shampoo had been used as my hair was so shiny and smelt wonderful. I ended up ordering myself some after purchasing the products from my salon and I’ve never looked back.

Lovely product
An initial glitch in the ordering process was dealt with speedily and efficiently. Delivery was prompt. The product is great - pleasant natural perfume. My hair feels good. I shall probably be ordering additional products in the range.

Fantastic shampoo/conditioner but in…
Fantastic shampoo/conditioner but in terrible packaging. Hard to open tops, impossible to get the shampoo/conditioner out. If you turn them upside down to drain they tip over, they also slip out of your hands and if they drop any distance the plastic is so brittle the whole container splits open. I have lost two lots of conditioner this way. In one instance the container slipped out of my hand and completely split in two when it hit the shower floor. Please put your wonderful products in better containers and dont put style over substance.

However, it sounds like our packaging has been a total knockout in the worst way possible. We are genuinely sorry to hear you’ve lost two bottles to the "brittle plastic blues." It’s heart-breaking to watch good product go down the drain (literally) because of a slippery or fragile bottle. Have used Kevin Murphy products for both myself and clients for years. Always amazing products and love their ethos and ingredients. Have just bought the heated defence and feel as a lightweight mousse it can be applied evenly and without weighing my hair down - not a massive fan of the smell of this product though.

Leider hat es Inhaltsstoffe die mir gar nicht gefallen, uch wenn die Kevin Murphy Produkte sulfat, Parabenfrei sind!
Es ist beunruhigend wieviele schädlich und bedenklich sind, laut Codecheck und Hautschutzengel.de!!
Ich würde mir x-mal überlegen sie weiter zu verwenden! Mir wäre lieber, Murphy würde ein Produkt auf den Markt bringen ohne BHT, PEG, Mikroplastik, Disodium EDTA, Steareth usw., schädliche Inhaltsstoffe. Diese Stoffe sind eigentlich in der CH nicht erlaubt…weg mit dem Zeug! Meiden, der Umwelt zuliebe.
Sorry!! Eher für mich Täuschung an die Kunden, denn mit der Zeit beginnt die Kopfhaut zu jucken! So auch bei mir.

Have been using Kevin Murphy products for a long time and absolutely love them. My hair feels soft, and the coulour is kept in check by the shampoo and conditioner, it takes the yellow tinges out of my now very greying hair.
