hair mask made hair dry, and fall out will not allow me to exchange or get store credit
I started using their shampoo upon referral from my hair salon. After using the shampoo, I liked it so I decided to try the hair mask. after one use my hair was like straw. I lost a large amount of it after brushing it when I got out of the shower and it was horribly tangled. I used the Oribe hair mask and my hair feels like silk and you don’t even have to run a brush through it. I reached out to customer service to ask if I could get some sort of a store credit or exchange the product and they told me since it was opened that was impossible and that it was past the 30 days. so apparently they don’t stand behind their products. It was only past the 30 days because I was finishing off another product before I opened this one and I only used it once. Very poor customer service for the prices they charge I won’t be returning.

I purchased the trio of volumising…
I purchased the trio of volumising mousse, conditioner and shampoo.
I have used the anti gravity spray for several years and so was hopeful that my new purchases would also become favourites.
However, after one application my scalp felt sore and raw. I have never had any issues with my scalp only fine hair.
After a few days I tried again, and the same happened. I have stopped using the products and would like to arrange for a refund. Lesley

I'm so sorry to hear you've had this experience, especially as you've been enjoying our Anti Gravity Spray for several years.
That certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers. As you've experienced scalp soreness after using the products twice, we recommend that you discontinue using them, which you've already done.
We'll be happy to arrange a refund for you. Please could you let us know whether you purchased the products directly from our website? If you did, we'll guide you through the next steps. If they were purchased from one of our stockists, we'll advise you on the best way to proceed.

After trying several expensive shampoos for thinning hair and being disappointed my Facialist suggested Kevin Murphy. So I purchased the Plumping Wash and have been delighted with how soft and clean my hair feels.

Kevin Murphy RUINED my hair
I was using Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner for around a year because the salon I worked at carried it and I was losing hair in clumps and my hair had never felt more frizzy and dry. The stylists I worked with were trying to convince me that it was normal to lose that much hair and that I just “wasn't styling my hair right”. I used to have thick and voluminous hair until I started using Kevin Murphy. I switched my hair products after I quit the salon because KM pricing is so expensive and instantly my hair wasn’t falling out in clumps anymore! It’s probably going to take a long time for my hair to regain its volume, thickness, and soft texture again. Very disappointing, very misleading, very upsetting.

Great Product and Reliable Service
Always happy with Kevin Murphy products. They are great quality, smell lovely and importantly are cruelty free. Good delivery service and great that packaging is kept to a minimum whilst keeping products safe.

I really like the shampoo and conditioner but honestly don’t think I can buy it again due to the terrible packaging. That cap is so hard to get off and so much product gets wasted every time!
Please change the packaging!

Best product and excellent customer service
I've been shopping with Kevin Murphy for nearly two years and it's been a major revelation for me.
The Mega Murphy packs are brilliant value and the Plumping treatment does wonders for my fine and brittle hair. Plus it smells brilliant & expensive.
I had an issue with my latest order and Hannah from customer service team was all over it. Not only did she listen to what the issue was, she even offered a replacement which arrived within a day.
Can't recommend this brand and this retailer enough.
