10/10 experience as first time mover
It was my first big solo move after being in one place for 5 years so I had a lot of worry, but the team (Moises and Karl) made it so easy and relaxed that it made the whole day so much better.
They made sure I had nothing to worry about, and even just organising the service with Brianna was a super smooth process with fantastic communication.
All round I was reassured by their dedication to friendly and efficient service, and it was very clear they have heaps of experience.
10/10 would hire again.

For a peace of mind choose a different company
If you want a peace of mind like their logo suggests, choose a different removals company. There’s not a single furniture that they wrapped that didn’t get damaged or broken. They sent us a bunch of kids that didn’t really know what they were doing but still were too arrogant when we try to ask them nicely to wrap the furniture better. Even their manager that was supposed to guide them told us that they know their job and that they did thousands of jobs like that before. The worst thing, that you understand how big the damage is only a few months after, when you get back your things from the container. Worst experience ever!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the condition of your furniture following your move and the concerns you raised about how your belongings were wrapped and handled.
We’re also disappointed to hear that you felt your concerns at the time of collection were dismissed. Customers should feel confident that their belongings are being handled professionally and that any concerns raised with our team are taken seriously.
We would like the opportunity to identify your move and review what occurred with the relevant team. Please provide your invoice or RP number so we can locate your records and investigate the circumstances surrounding the damage. Email us at customer.support@kentremovalsgroup.com.
We apologise that your experience with Kent did not meet the standard you expected from us.

Honestly
Honestly? Disappointing. The removal and delivery teams were friendly, professional and efficient.
Unfortunately this didn’t extend to care taken with my belongings or customer service. Items were damaged, broken and ‘lost’, adding to the cost of the move. The promised Condtion Report was never sent in spite of pressure to sign that I had received and approved it.
Customer service was non existent, promises to follow up were not honoured. I could not recommend them and will actively recommend against using them.
In response to Kent's reply:
I sent an email and called the service centre with my concerns at the time. I received no response until I posted the above review. I am happy to stand by my review

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
While we’re pleased to hear that our removal and delivery teams were friendly, professional and efficient, we’re very sorry to hear about the damage and missing items, as well as your experience with our follow-up and communication.
We’re particularly concerned by your comments regarding the Condition Report and the lack of follow-up after you raised these issues. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we would like the opportunity to investigate what occurred.
Could you please contact us at customerservice@kentremovalsstorage.com.au with your removal plan number and the details of your move? This will allow our team to identify your booking and review the matter properly.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
