Hi Ruth, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
While I am pleased to hear that our office team provided their usual high standard of service, I am genuinely sorry to learn that the removalists did not meet your expectations and, more importantly, that your cat cage was damaged. Treating your belongings with care is a priority for us, and this experience certainly falls short of our standards.
We would like to look into this further for you. Please contact our team directly at customer.support@kentrelocationsgroup.com with your removal plan number so we can discuss this incident and address the damage.

Kent Removalist - Professional and Reliable
We had a fantastic experience with this removalist company for our interstate move. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and with great care.
The team packed our belongings into a container, arranged the interstate transport, stored everything safely, and then delivered and unpacked everything at our new residence. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the team were friendly, efficient and respectful of our belongings.
Moving interstate can be stressful, but they made the entire experience so much easier and gave us great peace of mind knowing everything was being taken care of. Our belongings arrived safely and in great condition, and the team worked hard to make the unpacking process as smooth as possible.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy removalist, particularly for an interstate move. Thank you for making our move such a positive experience!

Professional, effecient, polite, helpful, handling with care
The two guys did our move were very profassional and efficient. They were handling with care and well organised loading arrangement. Very patient and helpful when we had to find the TV cable from the boxes which they've already loaded onto the truck for insurrace purposes. Customer service line was quickly reachable during the move for any issues. Payment process is transparent and honest. They also did a great job for unloading, very helpful and did with great care. Communication is very straight forward and polite. We are very happy for our decision of using Kent. We will definitly use Kent for our next move!
