Great communication and service.
Communication from Kent was great the whole way through. They were the only service that offered to do a site visit to provide us with an accurate quote. They were also on time at both locations across two states, and the entire crew were very professional and efficient. We'd use them again, without hesitation.

They were cheaper even though it took…
They were cheaper even though it took longer than a removalist by road. They communicated with us and we knew what to expect from pickup to delivery of our furniture. They were on time and set out what we needed to do to achieve the best and quickest pickup. The employees were remarkable and helpful at both ends and very courteous. Apart from a small dent in our fridge and 1 broken glass we are extremely happy. We would recommend Kent’s Removals to anyone looking for an interstate move.

Care and experience all the way
The drivers were held up in traffic but kept me posted with their ETA. I was worried that we might not fit within the two time frames allocated to the lifts at each end of the move but they were so efficient that the job was finished in time. I had a tricky move with items being picked up from three locations and they managed all of this easily and showed care and professionalism in all they did. This all made a stressful day run smoothly.
