First class service but unfortunately dodgy International partners!
Hi there. Don't get me wrong. The service provided by Kent is excellent in my opinion as long as you move within Melbourne or interstate (Australia). My issue is with their international partners if you're moving to South America. If you are, be very careful of this dodgy company: GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL! It's not what it used to be. Do your own research and find something else because if you decide to hire them they will ask you later on for extra money (constantly) to get your stuff out of customs, which is 100% illegal! In the next few days I will file a legal complaint with the Australia Federal Police (AFP).
Cheers

Incredibly positive
Incredible positive, prompt service by each of the teams. Excellent communication by each member we encountered. They deliver on their promises. Ours was an extremely difficult move - down three flights of stairs and then up some more. They never complained. They relieved a lot of the stress of moving. Well done Team Kent.

I would avoid Kent Removals like the plague ! If I could give a zero rating I would! Not only disrespectful in my own home on uplift day, picked and chose what they wanted to go on the truck and left the rest in My storage locker ! Stole from me ... Items for my son's gym equipment and military uniforms that he collected ! Under estimating how many containers I required and then threatened me if I don't pay no 3rd container ! Do not use them .. your belongings will arrive broken and rifled through
