Communication with Customer Service of…Kent Removals
Communication with Customer Service of this company is non existent. Phone calls not returned re info on missing item leading to great frustration. Taking Transit Insurance with them is of no consequence. Move from Gold Coast 9/9 /26to Melbourne 23/9/26 missing item reported day of delivery and still not advice on missing item.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with your relocation from the Gold Coast to Melbourne. We understand your frustration regarding the missing item, particularly as it was reported on the day of delivery, and the lack of follow-up communication since then.
While every effort is made to ensure belongings are handled and delivered with care, we acknowledge that timely communication and clear updates are essential when concerns arise. We also understand your disappointment regarding the transit insurance process.
We would appreciate the opportunity to review this matter further. Please email **customer.support@kentrelocationgroup.com** with your **RP Number (Removal Plan Number)** and details of the missing item so our customer support team can investigate and provide an update.
We apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
**Kind regards,

Never again
It's taken me a week to get over the experience of having my possesions moved from Sydney to Burnett Heads by Kent. I could go on about how every appliance now has dings and scratches. Lamps brought out of the container in pieces. Leather sofas and dinning chairs, which were supposed to be protected, scuffed, holed and stained. Not to mention that everything was covered in black dust, so boxes had to be vacuumed prior to opening.
Everything that I packed arrived intact, maybe I should have moved myself and saved $10K.
Would I use them again, never in a month of Sundays!
