Honestly
Honestly? Disappointing. The removal and delivery teams were friendly, professional and efficient.
Unfortunately this didn’t extend to care taken with my belongings or customer service. Items were damaged, broken and ‘lost’, adding to the cost of the move. The promised Condtion Report was never sent in spite of pressure to sign that I had received and approved it.
Customer service was non existent, promises to follow up were not honoured. I could not recommend them and will actively recommend against using them.
In response to Kent's reply:
I sent an email and called the service centre with my concerns at the time. I received no response until I posted the above review. I am happy to stand by my review

Excellent moving crew
The team were punctual and listened to our instructions and carried them out perfectly.
They aslo asked us everytime they carried a piece of furnitute in where it should go and were extra careful on the new floor and surroundings.

Very disappointing experience with Kent\. They broke my stuff during the service, and they even took a record of the damage\. Despite this, I have sent multiple emails and have received no proper response or follow\-up.
Their communication has been extremely poor, and they have shown no responsibility or accountability for the damage they caused. I would not recommend Kent based on my experience
