Always seeing this company pop up and often thought it was expensive but thought the Pumpkin house was kinda cute so thought Id surprise my daughter.... its low quality for the price, will have to re stitch it.

Brilliant company. I've purchased from Kavee several times and always been happy with the products and service. Today I contacted them because I had an issue with my C&C cage loft. Without hesitation, they have sent me a replacement, PLUS something to try and prevent the issue again. Quick, simple and exceeding expectations. Highly recommend for all of your guinea pig needs!

Seen as kavee keep asking me to leave a “lovely” review . Absolutely do not recommend. Spent over £400 on a full setup. Ordered a lilac cage, received a white cage. Coroplast base had a huge split in it. Acrylic panels with deep scratches. Fleece liner not even stitched properly and upon opening it’s got fluff hanging out . Yes kavee have replaced it all, but that’s not good enough, I am an awaiting a response on the faulty liner , and I will not purchase anything ever again from this company. I believed I was buying from the best for my piggies , oh I was so wrong

Horrendous ! the videos starts off easy but you can’t see how to put the connectors on on the inside ,using a black cage in video makes it hard to see which way up they go …so confusing i can’t see which way so Ive given up it’s not built will prob sell on never been as stressed 😭😭

I had a very positive experience using Kavee for a new c and c cage with various other accessories. The communication was good, everything came well packaged and was all complete. I used cable ties as well as connectors for my own piece of mind but overall absolutely love the new cage! Would order from them again as their products are great.

Richard was INCREIBLE! I wanted to expand our cage and needed to replace pieces of the ramp that my younger pigs have chewed. He put together a custom order for me, adjusted the shipping address and added an item I realized I had not included! He also introduced me to nibble guards and threw some in free of charge! I had a GREAT experience! My package already shipped!

Delivery was fine, it was delayed slightly but came within a week.
It was so difficult to put together. Especially if you buy the acrylic edition, which ended up slicing my hands open when trying to put together as the acrylic is sharp and the clips are so fiddly.
Now it is finally together, it’s flimsy. The acrylic has big gaps in it, which could cut a Guinea pigs nose if they pushed their nose down into it. Bits keep slightly popping out of the connectors so have to be checking the cage over everyday (Guinea pigs aren’t even in yet!).

I contacted customer services to enquire whether I could buy one sheet of coroplast so that I could reduce the size of my cage (following the passing of one of my pigs). I received a response from Richard within a few hours, even though it was a Sunday, then the following day I received a quote and the order was placed. Really quick and thoughtful correspondence with Richard.

Contacted customer service and within half an hour my order had been changed as requested and delivery prioritised to next day. So efficient! Thank you ☺️

I was really excited to purchase a large 6×2 cage, only to be very disappointed. The grid cage is not sturdy & keeps coming apart. I'm really disappointed considering how much it cost & it's nothing I've done wrong. I would of probably been better off ordering off amazon for half the price 🙄 I'm only giving 2 stars & the 2 is only because of the updates I got waiting for the cage. I don't want to sell it on for someone else to be disappointed. I was going to order extra grids & accessories, but seeing how unsteady the thing is I definitely won't be. At least I can warn family & friends not to purchase from here now

I placed an order at 08:44 hrs Monday 18th, after not receiving any details of delivery i contacted them, i was told it was going to be sent by the end of Wednesday.
After checking Wednesday night and Thursday morning Evri had not received the items.
They dont meet the delivery times given, poor communication on order/delivery status.

The discount codes they bombard me in emails are a complete con, the new customer code and any other codes you have to spend a minimum of £75, many of the items likes hides are very over priced too.

Dont bother there seems to be far cheaper and better companies, sadly i used Kavee off a youtube video recommendation.

I accidentally ordered two cages instead of one on Saturday and emailed Kavee straight away, expecting it to be a bit of a hassle to sort out. But nope, the very next day I received an email confirming my refund, no fuss, no messing about! On top of that, my cage was delivered super fast too. I’m honestly so impressed with Kavee — brilliant products and absolutely outstanding customer service! 🫶🏻

I contacted Kavee about getting a cover/lid for my cage. I just adopted a cat and now need to add a lid d for my piggies protection. My request was answered in 24 hours and an invoice for the pieces needed was prepared for me and set by email. Amazing customer service! All I had to do was approve the invoice.

I emailed to ask for support with a cage I had designed and the best way to make it work. Someone got back to me really quickly and my order was sorted that day. Great customer service! Thank you!

Honestly not worth the money I spent over £300 the cage itself is flimsy chipped paint stuff don’t fit properly the plastic box that goes inside is cheap looking probably biggest waste of money I spent could of got same quality from temu for 20 quid

Great cage with easy setup and I like the instruction video format but was disappointed with the quality of the painting on the white metal grids as almost all of them had a poor paint job/chipped/damaged paint which is a shame for how much it costed.
The boys love it though which is good and I highly suggest nibble guards too as they enjoy chewing on the edges!

J'avais commandé chez eux en 2020 et 2021. J'étais assez contente la cage est toujours intact 5 ans plus tard. Les produits étaient expédiés de la Belgique/France à l'époque. J'ai voulu recommander cette année on paye 25€ de frais de livraison OK. Je reçoit le mail de DPD je dois payer 68€ de frais de douane (stipuler dans les conditions général du site entre 25-35% de frais du prix d'achat). C'est déjà pas bon marché. Il devrait prévoir le coup dans leur frais sur leur site qu'on ai pas à repayer ou alors réduire le prix de leur article ... Après utilisation des tapis ils sont certes beau mais ça vaut pas le coup vu la provenance. Le modèle dalmatien au bout de 24h ca sentait déjà très fort l'urine avec pleins de tache partout alors que je n'ai pas ça avec les autres.
