Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I bought the 6x2 with loft and storage, with all the bits, it arrived within in a week. It took 2 people to put up and a few cables ties to keep in place, I have bought the washing detergent as well, all good, happy piggies.

Feel like the quality does not meet the…
Feel like the quality does not meet the hype, brought based on comparative research but what arrived was not the quality the price point indicated. Also no instructions in the box, a QR code to a YouTube video is not sufficient and is not inclusive to all learning styles. Took ages to put together due to limited resources and the tray is so subpar. Guineas aren't in it yet but if it does not hold true I will be requesting a refund. Shipping was fast and efficient, would have preferred the option of Klarna to pay as PayPal is no longer a reputable payment partner in my eyes (highly unregulated and no longer defends a consumer) i would love there to be a better option on the market for indoor piggies whilst I love the company ethos I think the product itself is just not there yet.

While we don't provide tutorials for every possible setup, as many of our customers like to create custom configurations or include/exclude parts such as lofts and ramps, the assembly process follows the same approach for all cages. We provide QR codes linking to our instructional videos to help guide assembly, though we understand that some customers prefer printed instructions and will take your feedback on board for future improvements.
We're glad that shipping was fast and efficient. Regarding payment options, we appreciate your input and are continually reviewing ways to offer more flexible and trusted methods for our customers.

Definitely overpay
Definitely overpay. Expected better quality. Same item on Amazon for £20 instead of £138. Definitely not worth it. I expected better, but when I compared it on Amazon and Kavee, it was the same. The only difference was the price.

Cage is great but issues with delivery…
Cage is great but issues with delivery of a cage cleaner I ordered as it arrived broken and had leaked over rest of packaging. Replacement issued which also leaked during transit, followed by full refund so not an ideal experience overall but good service to deal with my problems

Evri were hard to get hold of but you responsed immediately. My cage liner has arrived and it is very good quality thank you.

5x2 habitat with loft
Terrific upgrade. Great fast delivery, the habitat is larger than my old one and is excellent quality. The loft is a brilliant addition, my piggies love it - they also love hiding under it!
My only niggle is I would have liked some printed/ pictorial instructions included. Having said that the youtube videos are very good

Excellent Customer Service.
My first parcel was lost in Transit by the Carrier, Kavee sent a replacement out by a different Carrier which arrived promptly today. Their Customer Service has been excellent and l thank them for their service.
I only just put things together so the piggies home looks a bit sparse! But they were eager to run round and check it out. I shall add their hidies and treats soon. The coroplast base was easy to construct and the fleece is so soft and a generous size.

Great product
Love the cage. Not only beautiful but very easy to clean and my piggies absolutely love it!
It took me a bit longer than I expected to build it but it was absolutely worth it

Great cage
Great cage, easy to put together once you get the hang of it. Like that it can have a lid as I have cats. Love that you can make it any size or shape you want just with buying more bits as all sold separately.

expected more quality for the price
Was happy with previous order of a 5x2 cage, ordered another the same but the Cage wasn’t as robust as our previous one. 2 parts of the metal on one of the panels arrived broken loose and sharp. One of the chew guards snapped in half when putting it on. The correx base had been scored quite deeply so it almost had a hole through it. Expected more for the price
