We had a great Watch Building Experence with Daniel at the London store. He was very engaging and insightful.

The Watch is pretty cool too and I would like to return for a second visit.

Cannot say how much I enjoyed my day today with Brad at the Edinburgh store.

My uncle and I got a watch experience and from the moment we got in Brad was attentive, good fun, knowledgeable and showed us all the products that were on offer.

As part of the process he sat us down explained the history of the company and ... Poured me a beer 🍺... What a guy

He showed us different styles and made sure we were happy with our purchase

Great personalised service without pressure to buy anything. My husband liked the touch of being given a whiskey whilst selecting his watch.

We had an amazing experience with our personal expert. He was able to share the history and the work of the company. He assisted in picking out special pieces as well as personalize them. We hope to be back one day and get to experience more shopping in the future.

my watch was a gift from my grandsons and i love it, the experience selecting all the parts to make my own watch was great start to finish. I'm wearing it for work and casual, suits both looks. Happy Camper!

I don't know whether there was a glitch or a misunderstanding: the sending of the voucher to the recipient by email was not received by her. Luckily, you posted me the item which i handed to her.

Phoned Kartel as wanted to change the colour of the buckle. Absolutely no problem. Lovely lady explained how to do this online. Strap arrived 2 days later. Wonderful friendly service.

Ordered some sunglasses for my holiday for 2-4 day delivery and it took them 2 weeks to come and didn’t get them for my holiday. Emailed and tried the contact number and didn’t get a reply for 2 weeks saying they’d be sent next day delivery.

Brad is an absolutely top notch guy. Usually chuckling at the jokes customer service workers make but he’s genuinely funny and so easy to get along with. Had a good laugh

What a awesome experience. Went to the London store and from the start to finish it was a wonderful experience being greeted by Daniel and zaiuub as we walked in and being given a large glass of whiskey that was a bonus. Going through the choosing of the watch parts to build my one off watch what an absolutely wonderful couple of hours thoroughly enjoyed myself. I look forward to seeing you all again.

John made our visit most enjoyable. With so many options to choose from and an interesting selection and background to the brand we had fun choosing our watches with so many details to consider and much helpful advice. All with a cold beer too! What a great way to choose a new watch. Well done Kartel!

Delivered promptly and as described.
My wife's wrist can't be as feminine as the strap suggests. It's a little tight, but otherwise is ideal.

If you enjoy watches and piecing together your own unique watch then this is for you. The London Kartel shop was clean and well presented with all the different combinations of watches laid out for you. The sales lady that conducted our experience was very knowledgable and helpful. Nice selection of whisky and other drinks available during the experience. I only gave it 4 stars as I thought the sales lady could have worn something smarter as she was waring grey joggers and a hoody. All in all great fun and enjoyable would recommend for any watch lover.

I signed up for the “watch building experience” through Viator. It was a great experience, I am so glad I spent the morning with Brad in the Edinburgh location. The experience is well worth it and now have a unique one off Kartel watch. I am not even a watch guy and recommend this. Brad was great!!!!!
