My review has disappeared from Trust Pilot. My watch was returned not working and was returned again not working. My emails were not responded to. I have had my watch appraised and repaired by a local trusted watchmaker - his report showed that my watch had not been cleaned and the main spring should have been repaired. ix my watch are excellent at writing excuses and not fixing watches which need expert watchmaking. The good responses are from watches which do not need any expertise and the charges are exorbitant - I suggested they owed me a refund but got no reply. Please do not trust this company with any watch which needs competent repair and maintenance PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

The following is the report I received from an independent repairer who has completed the repair and the watch is now working nicely - this explains my belief that this is not a competent or honourable company.

The first ‘video’ shows the balance rotation when fully wound - it’s barely rotating at all, minimum amplitude should be 230degrees Indicative of poor lubricant condition, damaged balance staff pivots, excessive wear, or simply a mainspring which has suffered fatigue. The chronograph function is reluctant. Partly because the original return lever screw (left hand threaded with multi slotted top to indicate with bearing collar to allow the screw to secure home whilst providing freedom for the lever to rotate as imaged on my spare plate) has been replaced with a fully threaded right hand screw of smaller thread which doesn’t secure onto the plate. There is some other issue here which is preventing operation but most likely spring or lubricant related.
In short, the only redemption is to 1)deal with the chronograph operation issue then 2)completely dismantle, examine, clean & re-assemble, lubricate & test.

It was so easy to arrange collection of my Gucci watch for repair, at no cost to myself. No up front payments. They received my watch & immediately confirmed receipt and said they would be in contact once the watch had been assessed. Email the following day explaining exactly what the problem was and cost to repair. I paid the invoice and I had my watch back in 3 days! Fantastic service - I would highly recommend.

Disgusting company and don't trust them when you write a bad review they apply to trustpilot to have it taken down. They broke my watch and then asked for more money then quoted to fix it,was meant to be a simple battery change at £60 but they said I need a full service due to battery leaking and it would near to £200, when I said no they charged me £15 to send it back and held my watch hostage until I paid. Reported to trading standards and starting legal proceedings.

Just got watch back today from a well known nationwide watch company that's charged my £35 for a battery change with warranty. I have receipt and will be giving all info to trading standards.

Received an email to say delivery was expected today Friday 20th March, after waiting all day, we then received another email to say delivery was not expected until Monday 23rd March. Wasted day 😠
