We really enjoyed our watch making experience at Kartel. We were visiting from Australia and thought It was such a great concept.Dale looked after us so well and made it so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We booked our two adult sons in to do the experience but we liked the watches so much the four of us all got one and he engraved them for us too. It is a really different and fun thing to do and you end up with a beautiful memory to keep. I would highly recommend it

I was given a really smart Kartel watch several years ago by my son. It stopped working for some reason. It was out of guarantee but I sent it back to the St Andrews shop to see if they could fix it. They have done, and no charge, not even for postage, even though it is out of guarantee. Lovely watch, excellent customer care. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed as there was not a massive selection on watches and tailoring them to my tastes to choose from. The lady who gave us our experience was great.
How ever for £245 on a watch where my wife had to pay the extra £75 was not good value for money.

It was a birthday girt from my wife and I could not say I don’t want any of the watches.

I love my watches but this was just have straps and a buckle put on - hardly designing your owe watch.
Go to any jewellers and have the same experience, unfortunately not a happy customer.

This company are ignoring me after closing a store and rejecting my booking but took my £200! They don’t reply say they’ll pay then don’t.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Be carful! Scammers!!!!

Watch it self it very good quality. Brilliant selection. Given the price I would except better packing than a leather wallet. Especially if being posed out

We booked into the Kartel experience in St James Quarter in Edinburgh to buy personalised watches as wedding gifts for each other. Brad helped us through everything, making us feel at ease and made perfect suggestions throughout the experience to help us pick our ideal watch. The watches we picked were just what we wanted and having the experience in store to pick them helped with this. We also got to pick the music we could listen to during the experience which helped relax us. Would definitely recommend the Kartel Experience, it was beneficial seeing the watch faces and pairing them with different strap combinations to get the ideal watches. An experience you wouldn't get from simply buying online.

Website easy to navigate. Ordering process was simple. Delivery time was ok.
