Great digital watch, arrived quickly well packaged. Delighted with this purchase.

Met one of the owners but the special person was Koren who was a special member of staff who really helped and made my experience so special. Would recommend the St Andrews store for this experience and lovely watches.

Had a fantastic experience when come in to the St Andrews store to do my watch experience was in at 10am for my appointment had a fantastic time offered whiskey or tea or coffee as soon as went in learnt about kartel watches then had a good experience picking out the watch I wanted i didn’t take it for my watch at the time but they even offer engraving it so can’t ask for anything more a must try experience

I booked a one hour appointment for my partner as a gift as he loves his watches. From start to finish it was a pleasure. He remembered us from popping in a month before, was very attentive with welcome drinks. Then explained all the choices and nothing was too much trouble. Partner very happy with his choice amd keeps asking if it has arrived yet ... can't wait to see his face with the inscription on the back 😄xx

The build a watch experience in St Andrews was great from start to finish.
So much to choose from spoiled for choices so you get to build the watch and try different straps to make sure you are happy with your finished watch.

Very good and excellent service

I bought this Itison watch making voucher for my husband for his birthday and we had a great time.
Koren told us about the history behind Kartel watches
She showed us the selection of watch faces,straps etc and explained the differences.
We were able to try various straps with different faces
There was no rush and we had a nice glass of Prosecco while selecting.
We even got the back of the watch engraved

They learnt about the watches in a very relaxed environment... and loved their choice of watches (which they also had engraved). Thank you Kartel.... this made for a very special day.

Helpful staff and easy to deal with

We had a great experience at Kartel London. Daniel our host was lovely, and we soon built up a rapport. I would emphasis this is a watch building experience not a watch making too avoid any disappointment. My husband had this as a present and thoroughly enjoyed putting the watch together. I would recommend.

Being all the way in America, I thought the shipping would take longer than it did, but the watch came sooner than expected in exceptional fashion with the wrapping and leather case. The watch looks better than I could have imagined and the set up was easy!

I booked a watch making Virgin experience for my husband.
While it was good, I feel the title of it was quite misleading.
I felt it was just a personalised shopping experience. No ‘making’ as such.
Also the description stated shortbread and whiskey offered.
While we were given a small wine each that was it.
I was a little disappointed.
The watch is lovely tho
