If I could give 0 stars I would, I love the furniture but unless you can collect physically from the shop itself don't. Placed an order in March, waited a month still no sign, contacted customer service and they told me I wouldn't receive my order until end of may, no communication to tell me this, I proceeded to cancel my order on 7th April, now it is the 23th April and I still have not received my €530 that I spent, absolutely ridiculous.
Very poor in store experience and faulty product
Went into Jysk Kilkenny yesterday to see if outdoor chair and table set was in stock. One women in store trying to help a queue of customers. Ordered and waiting half an hour before she told me table was ready but couldn’t find chairs despite 33 showing in stock on computer. Young man getting orders ready to collect so only 2 staff in whole store. Trying to assemble today and one leg of table faulty. Only way to complain is ring where you will no doubt wait several hours to talk to a disinterested teenager. Best bit was leaving store the customer satisfaction screen was broken, probably kicked by other dissatisfied customers. Stick to IKEA

Absolute disgrace of a service. Paid 60€ for delivery that was supposed to take 3-8 days. 19 days now and still waiting. How are they still on the market is beyond me.

The shipment and delivery method they use is ridiculous. Bought a wardrobe 3 weeks ago. Comes in 6 different flatpack boxes. Received 2, then 1, then the other 2. Still waiting on one to start it. What has been delivered was already opened and taped back together..with no instructions. Feel pretty hard done by after handing over €500.do yourself a favour and just collect it if you can.

Delay after delay with delivery. Bought several products online about 12mths ago, a single bed being one of the products, it was bad quality from day we assembled it and now 12 mths on I'm having to replace the bed as it has quite literally fallen apart!!

warning, never shop there if you dont have 2 hours every day to deal with customer support
system doesnt work, website is lying about amount of stuff, lying about delivery, 3-8 days is if you are very lucky, system is taking and sending your money as it want, one week you get all refunds for cancelled order after 8 days and week later they take your money even from debit card. example- order is 500 euro, you pay it and after 8 days your 500 euro get back on your account, so you go on website deal with customer support, which the guy was very very nice and helpfull, you cancel the order and you think everything is fine.... week later you woke up and 500 euro is gone even if you dont have credit card. It just goes to minus. I have no idea how is this possible. and after that your money get back between 2-5 days.

Shop in IKEA instead . I put through a €750 order on 21st Feb, all items shown in stock . Told It would be dispatched on 27th and delivery the 28th . I took the day off work and no delivery, contact customer service to be told It would no be the 3rd of march and they would contact me to let me know either way . Again no contact from them . So I contact them and now they are saying it will be another two weeks and keep pushing me to cancel the order instead of resolving the issue . Avoid .
Update : got a call from a rude and dismissive "manager" claiming they now don't know where my items are and they basically don't exist at this time . I suggest having them delivered from a local outlet that has them in stock and he refused .

I wouldn't even put one star. We bought I wardrobe which the assembly instructions book was terrible, first of all I had to have two more person with myself to make wardrobe, why? What if I don't have anyone? The second one why I have built with leader when I can make it horizontal and some extra thin woods which I didn't understand where I have to use it because it wasn't in the instruction manual so disappointed😒

Hopeless service. Be careful about your refund requests. Sales guys in the store in Athlone have zero knowledge of how refunds work and to whom we have to contact for refund requests. I have been struggling for a small amount for more than 2 weeks, and none in the store are able to talk about this. So please keep the original receipts with you until the money is refunded to your account.
Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience.
Bought a wardrobe in Liffey Valley store and when I got home I noticed on the box that they had given me the wrong colour wardrobe.
Went back into store and was told it was out of stock so I travelled 45 mins to the Naas shop where I was told I could return the wrong coloured wardrobe and get my new one.
The Naas store I travelled 45 minutes too then told me they actually couldn’t exchange it as the wardrobe I got was not only the wrong colour but the complete wrong wardrobe and didn’t match what was on the receipt (they had the correct wardrobe on the receipt but had given me the wrong one)
So I had to re - purchase the wardrobe in the Naas shop and then travel back to Liffey valley where I could exchange the first wardrobe.
I’ve now gotten home to notice they have given me 3 boxes and 2 of them have the same parts in it (Box 2/3 and two box 3/3).
No answers when you ring them ever and if they do answer they are as useless, and not one apology from any staff member regardless of how patient & understanding I’ve been!! Absolutely appalling service, a waste of my time and money on petrol driving back and forth like a mad woman.

Rude staff in Clonmel store. Obnoxious and condesecending . Do not deal with this store. Store is also dirty and chaotic. Jysk need to invest in customer service and store management skills. Better off with IKEA.

Shocking customer service , bough a king size bed , had to pay extra for slats ( small print) had to buy 2 single slats as company doesn't sell king size slats as pictured in instructions and customer service basically said buy them else where ??????

When I ordered items, the delivery time was said to be 3-8 days. The next day an automated email said 10-15 days. It's 4 weeks now and I haven't received anything. Their very friendly customer service keeps stalling me. Never again.
Useless
Useless. Checked their website and ordered for an item that was supposed to be in stock in Kilkenny. Then got a message stating ordere couldn't be fulfilled. Tried Waterford and order accepted. Never heard a word from Jysk since then and called to enquire only to be told that the item which was showing up as in stock was in fact not in stock. Was told I should have gotten a notification. Duh!
