Bought an outdoor lounge set. The main couch was broken and unfit for purpose. I emailed looking for replacement parts and over a month or more later I haven't received any reply or solution from their customer service

I ordered 2 items online as my local store did not have one of the items in stock.

I paid post and packaging for these items which was supposed to be delivered within 4 days.

I rang customer services (which is impossible to get through ) and when eventually after numerous attempts, they did answer after 45 mins they told me that they were sorry but that there was nothing they could do.

After I week I finally got my items. One of the items which is a Parasol base 25 kg in weight was damaged. The item was packed in a cardboard box. Not marked FRAGILE or was wrapped in anything to protect it.

Again I emailed them but after nearly 10 days no answer to request a new one. Tried ringing them but no answer.

I cannot even leave it back to my store as the items is 25 kg far too heavy.

The way this item was packed it was no wonder it was broken.

I will never buy from this company again if this is the way the treat their Customers. This is my first and last time buying from this Company.

Appalling service from JYSK. Placed an order on April 14th, website said items were in stock and ready for a fast delivery. On ordering I was sent a confirmation email saying my order will be delivered to the provided address within 3-8 working days.

I waited and waited and after over 2 weeks of no updates I tried to contact customer service. I soon learned how difficult a process that is. The online chat function is never available. I also couldn't get through on the phone line, it said there were too many calls and to try later, I did many times but still couldn't get through.

I left it another week and had the same issue. After a crazy amount of attempts and an over an hour wait on the phone I finally got through to customer service. They told me they can see all my items were in stock and they couldn't see why it was held up. They said it must've been a mistake but they have pushed it forward and would leave the warehouse in the next day or two. I waited again and still nothing.

After a further two weeks I had to spend almost two hours of my working day trying to get through to customer service again. Once I did I was quickly told it was literally ready for dispatch and might even leave the warehouse that day.

I asked if I need to contact them again is there any better way as it takes too much time. They suggested the online chat which is never ever working. They couldn't get me off the phone fast enough.

I waited patiently again until nearly 2 weeks later I received an email from them cancelling my order. Why was I told numerous times that my items were in stock when they weren't? If I knew in the first place I would've arranged alternatives. How has it taken nearly 2 months to tell me that they can't fulfil the order? This company is blatantly lying to customers.

We bought a white wardrobe with sliding doors, enjoyed the ensemble process & have to admit changed e door trims a few times inorder to get it correct.

Downside was the parts and fittings were not in the packaging. Tried calling the shop & no answer after 6 to seven attempts. Had.to dŕìve 80kms round trip back to the shop where we bought the wardrobe and were handed the bag of fittings.

Overall we are happy with our white sliding doors wardrobe.

Have been looking for soap dispensers I picked up 2 marked up on deal for €3 originally €5. Queued as it was busy the cashier try to charge me five euro each when I said they were on offer.
She said to go and take a photo of the tag. And she could sell it to me at the special price. Lol I just walked out when she puts them back on the shelf she can check

If i could give 0 star i will ! I have never seen bad company like JYSk , Customer service is the worst. They don't answer emails or phone calls, and they don't have live chat like most companies. The people working in their stores are a group of teenagers who lack experience and good manners, simply because they are teenagers and are exploited for the lowest wages. Delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks if you are lucky, with no way to track the order. This long period, and you live in Dublin, in the same city where the product you want is located, haha. IKEA remains number one without a doubt, and no one can dethrone it.

Had a look online for pump up mattresses, were available in the Sligo branch, I had 2 boys working in Sligo so told them to go and collect, girl at till said they weren't available even though I had seen them 20 mins earlier, so I done click and collect, were ready in 10 mins, but my boys were half way home and wouldn't return

Really poor customer service, original order placed 3rd May, for delivery to store. No update available after 2 weeks and again tried after 3 weeks, just an automated response that your email is important and we'll respond within 5 days, which they have not done on either attempt to get an update on my order.

Awful customer service. I was there today in Athlone collecting my kids bed. l am sure soon its gonna close down with their useless staff

Ordered GULDAGER desk mat for collection in Sallynoggin store (22nd May) - got a phone call immediately after placing the order to say it wasn’t in stock despite saying it was online. So I drove to Liffey Valley store which had 4 in stock online - but then when I got there they could not find them!

They need to do better!

Waste of time. Half an hour may not be enough to get staff to help. After pretending checking stock cam up with answer that they don’t have any of the chairs in stock and waiting time is 2weeks. Total waste of time. Shop with no stock. Avoid as far as You can.

Availability in store shows x3.items get to the til point cashier mentions it will take 10 minutes to get your order ready. Get to the til point after 10minutes to be told all is good product on the system told to pay and as I am paying cashier gets a call and says very quickly they cant find the stock so we cant help you try another store or do click and collect for tomorrow. Had a similar situation 3 times now. Store manager didnt even want to have a chat in a civil manner. Very poor service delivery if there was 0 stars it'd be that. Mahon Retail Park Jsyk. Would never shop in JYSK again. Ordered on line was told it would be up to 13 days a month later still nothing. I cancelled my order when the invoice came in as I was advised by customer service and the money still came out of my account and would be put back in for 2 weeks. The can not be contacted by phone or live chat

Hi I would like to give 5 stars to jysk in Ashbourne…I had an issue with a table and went over they are so helpful..I particularly want to give a shout out to Anna she was so helpful..Also the lads that work in the shop they said they will try sort the issue ... highly recommend jysk in Ashbourne

Ordered 10 planters and only 4 were sent. Phones not working and live chat disabled.

We had a terrible experience here this evening. We purchased a mattress and were told it was in stock. After an hour and 15 minutes waiting we cancelled it. Loads of customers given their items well before us. Could really have done without this today in particular for personal reasons. We urgently needed this mattress and the shops are now closed due to us waiting and we can’t get anything. Will never be going here again, recommend not wasting your time here.

The WORST customer service ever. In particular Lily in liffey valley is one of the rudest sales assistants I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely shocking service...Ordered online and paid for delivery. Over 2 weeks later still no delivery. They have deactivated their live chat and cannot get through by phone to their customer service team...

If they have it in stock, that’s fine. However, reading the other reviews, I’ll be cautious about ordering anything online from them. I’ve bought a few items from Jysk in store and I’m happy with them so far.
