First solo holiday, excellent!
Very well organised; holiday director was always there to support and ensure everyone was well informed about activities; local guide was informative and passionate about his country; everyone was welcoming and friendly; hotel was good, some rooms better than others. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday as my first step into holidaying solo.

Exploring ancient Turkey
Such a good itinerary made better by the local guide, Ugur. It also made a difference having a small group - only 16 - and even more surprising, 8 men and 6 women ! The places visited will leave a lasting impression

First rate introduction to Italy's Pulia's region.
Really merits 4 1/2 . Sole perhaps short coming was the hotel's inland remoteness: hence opted for trips on otherwise 'free days'.
Guide/director outstanding in all respects. Amazing number of places visited. Now looking at photos I realise just how extensive and varied the places were. Puglia has so much to offer; the trip serving as a comprehensive introduction. An immaculate hotel.

We appreciate your honest reflection on the hotel’s inland location and are glad that opting for the additional excursions allowed you to make the most of everything Puglia has to offer. We hope your photos serve as a lovely reminder of your incredible adventure.
We look forward to welcoming you on another holiday soon!

Dear Joy
Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent holiday. We are pleased to hear that the group of like-minded travellers truly made the experience for you. These social connections and shared adventures are exactly what Just You is all about.
We genuinely care about the quality of our accommodations, and we are concerned to hear that the hotel and staff service did not align with a four-star experience for you. Please be assured that we have a robust review process for all traveller feedback, submitted via Trustpilot and our own internal survey. We take these insights seriously to continually improve our holidays.
Regarding your administrative concerns, we sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by receiving multiple feedback requests without a response to your initial submission. We are working to refine this process based upon completion.

Croatia was a great holiday, nice hotel, and excellelt organised trips. Met lovely people, although I thought the group was too large. I would recommend Just You as it was my 4th trip and have loved them all. I will book with them again.

Just You Italian and French Riviera tour
Alassio is a lovely resort with lots of shops and cafes. The hotel was 3 minutes away from the beach, where you have to rent a lounger, the accommodation, food and staff were very good but there was no outside space to sit. Every excursion was well organised and enjoyable but the amount of travelling between Italy and France was tiring and reduced the time we could spend there. It was quite a large group for our tour manager but he was obviously experienced and had good local knowledge.

Northern Cyprus and its History
I have recently returned from the Northern Cyprus Hidden History trip. It was full on if you chose to do the included trips as well at the optional ones. It was well organized, great group of people, very good tour manager Glen who kept us all on track and made sure it was inclusive for everyone. We had a brilliant local Guide Sirhan who was so knowledgeable.
I was pleased that the group was 14 so that we had a chance to sit together in the evenings and get to know each other and there were no clicky groups - I would not have liked it larger.
A great holiday and would recommend

My holiday with Just You was perfect
My holiday with Just You was perfect. All the arrangements were well taken care of. Everything was arranged to make the most of every day in order to experience the culture, sights, history and wildlife of the region. Each day featured its own special highlight be that seeing Orangutuns, bird spotting, cooking, visiting gardens, the war memorial route or visiting the local markets and sea side. Whilst it was a full programme there was sufficient free time to relax and socialise, swim, shop and enjoy exploring new places. A perfect mix to make the most of the time available.
The tour director was professional, friendly and fully engaged with the group and we had very knowlegable and informative local guides who took pleasure in showing their guests the special features to be found. Just You had done all the detailled planning to get the most out of our time in Borneo.
I had a great time and can't wait for the next adventure exploring the world.

Our teams work hard to create a balanced itinerary and it is rewarding to know you found it to be just right. We will certainly share your kind words with your Holiday Director and our local guides; their passion for sharing the unique beauty of Borneo is what makes these adventures so special.
We look forward to welcoming you on another adventure very soon!

From the time I arrived at the meeting point (Eurostar St Pancras) I engaged with the Tour leader and the arriving travellers. All very friendly.
