Happy with Jolt. I have been using Jolt for many years, including it's previous incarnation. I have had a few problems, all caused by me. They have always helped me sort them out. I am on the lowest cost subscription, but they still respond very quickly.

I honestly cannot recommend Jolt enough.
Server uptime and stability has been perfect since I joined (almost a year ago) and the few support queries I have put in have been answered rapidly and technically on point.
I come from a technical background (linux and cisco) and so often with other providers, support comes from clueless frontline "engineers" who only know how to reboot and re-ask the same question. This is NOT the case with Jolt.

As useful as a chocolate tea pot!
Useless. No support. Unacceptable for the money when there are much better companies that care about their clients on the internet. Avoid them. I have been with them for years and I've finally had enough. I'm off. Do yourself a favour and avoid them. Look for a company that has good support because Jolt doesn't.

First of all, the price is excessive for what is offered, support lacked the ....support...... just a money making outfit.
The servers are overloaded and totally restrictive, need permission to sneeze. Lack of communication, zero help for when you need it, they don't care. been a customer for 6 months and had issue, after issue, after issue!
The amount of money they tried to charge for essential, basic parts of cPanel. Cheaper hosts were offering inclusive.
Jolt refers to the wake up call after spending/wasting so much time and effort into a platform that others outperform, for less money!

I have just opened an account with Jolt and have had a few small problems migrating sites across to them. Support has been good so far. Hoping for the best.

Go elsewhere. Rip off.
Used with company for 2 years for server, which was fine but upon departure I felt they were very unfair with charging me for 2 months longer than necessary despite my giving notice. Billing very aggressive. Customer service appalling and without any "customer centric" care. Rip off.

If you're with Bluehost or one of their subsidiaries then I'd say use them. Otherwise, there are plenty of others out there, just read my reviews.

pure FRAUD - legal action against them on the way
These isn't just a poor service, these people are FRAUDULENT. I bought 400 gigs of reseller space from them, and when I went to move my sites to them i couldn't, as they oversold their server to an extent that only 120 gigs of disk were left in the whole server. Wait because the "best" part hasn't arrived yet. Instead of trying to find a solution, they tried to sell me a dedicated server. I am taking them to court. I have 16 years of experience running a web design agency and I never come across something as low as this. A-W-F-U-L
