I have tried so many supplements/vitamins/diet changes etc.
I have been struggling with mood, sleep, concentration for a while now. I have been taking these for two weeks and already feeling a difference. Dosage of 3 daily eaten with high fat content didn't work for me, dropped the dosage down but after 2 further days still had bad side effects so stopped taking them - an expensive lesson in NMN. Stomach cramps, gas and diarrhoea.
