beware do not buy from this company SCAM
purchased from join2buy a pool plus extras, a month on still no pool that was on a 3-7 day delivery, i have emailed still no reply, i have phoned the number provided on the website but was told that it was a private household not a business number?
we are currently coming to the end of the summer holidays and my children have spent many hours waiting at the door for their pool to be delivered.
i am very angry and disappointed . will be contacting trading standards to get my money back in full.

j'ai commandé un trampoline le 24 juin avec livraison sous 3-7 jours. Le 2 juillet on m'informe d'un retard et d'une livraison mi juillet. Je refuse et on me propose un remboursement sous 30 jours. Nous sommes le 20 aôut et je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement. Je fais appel à la répression des fraudes car la situation est inacceptable.

j'ai commandé un kart double pour enfant ça fais pleins de fois fois que j'appelle laissant message et rien ne se passe c'est effarant . en regardant tout vos message je comprends la situation et apparemment il n'a que sur ce site d'avis qu'on arrive à les joindre c'est honteux !!! je crois qu il connaissent pas le bouche à oreille et les répercutions d'internet.
je voudrai des information sur le kart de réference : 9710000482 est que je vais enfin le recevoir .

Join2buy existe-il vraiment?
J'ai commandé un trampoline chez join2buy le 23 juillet dernier, je l'ai payé immédiatement, je devais être livré dans les5 à 14 jours et à ce jour c'est silence radio. Je leur ai envoyé de nombreux émails ainsi qu'essayé de les contacter par téléphone. Ils m'ont envoyé 2 émails un me disant que je serais livrée dans les 14 jours ouvrables et la semaine dernière que je serais livrée dans la semaine.Et depuis plus rien.Mes filles attendent leur trampoline avec impatience.Je me demande vraiment si je vais le recevoir un jour? En tout cas je n'ai pas l'intention de laisser passer, si d'ici la fin de la semaine je n'ai rien je vais m'adresser à la DGCCRF.

Scam, who knows, no delivery, no answer
I ordered a extention ladder with delivery direct from the factory, due 22 July. It has still not been delivered. I contacted J2B via their website and via email but they do not answer.
I guess this will become a legal matter to get my money back. Scam.
Update: The ladder arrived and matched the description. Only a pity that it took so long and that there was no customer service.

Bezahlte Ware nach 4 Monaten noch immer nicht erhalten!
Ich habe für meinen Sohn zum Geburtstag einen Electroscooter bestellt (und bezahlt) und nach ca. 16 Wochen noch immer nicht erhalten. (Damals noch 3-7 Tage Lieferzeit).
Zwischenzeitlich wurde ich wegen einem Streik im spanischen Hafen (Barcelona?) vertröstet.
Seit nunmehr 6 Wochen antwortet die Firma Join2by auf keine Mails mehr.
In naher Zukunft werden meine nächsten Schritte der Weg zum Rechtsbeistand sein.

Do not trust this site-they take your money and don't deliver
I bought a go-kart for my daughter's birthday on 17th May with a 35-60 days delivery. Its now 12th August and have received nothing. I have written many emails but there has been no answer to any of them. My daughter is deeply disappointed as am I. The old adage-if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is- applies here.
It is now 12th November 2013, having waited the required 30 days since my last review as instructed for a refund and I have still not received a refund even thoughn it was promised by 'customer services'. Has anyone actually got their money back after this company failed to deliver goods ordered in good faith ?

I bought a car for my son in july which I wanted to give him a birthday. Today we have the 12 august and I still have not received my order! I have written emails, called but never get an answer. that makes me very angry to I promised my son and how can I explain it now??

Feel cheated!
Like others on here, I too ordered a pool for my kids to play in during the summer holidays, ordered 20/7/13 and chose the 3-7 day delivery option, it's now the 11th August and still no pool! After several unanswered emails and one awkward telephone call, I still have no idea when or if I am ever going to see this item! Thought it sounded too good to be true. All I can say is thank goodness I paid via PayPal!

Ordine effettuato a Maggio. Dopo una email che mi avvisava di ritardi fino al 10 Agosto non ho più avuto risposte alle mie email. Il numero di telefono e' muto. Come mai qui rispondono ai reclami e sul sito no? Strano. Inoltre 3 mesi per la consegna mi sembrano eccessivi pur trattandosi di acquisto di gruppo.

I Feel Cheated
I have ordered a 15ft swimming pool with a delivery time of 3-7 days, it was ordered on the 26th July 2013, we are now on the 7th August 2013. I have sent e-mails with no response, the phone number was a waste of time as it's a number from a company that sells business numbers............scam comes to mind or fraud. Also if there is a problem with my order then why haven't I had an e-mail from you? This is very poor as far as i'm concerned, a business should keep their customers happy, with plenty of communication. Now I feel cheated and lost out on my money. You have left me feeling annoyed and angry as the pool was for my kids to enjoy.

Join2buy a fraud?
I ordered an electric scooter (Invoice #93100000550 for Order #93100005669 ) to my son on the 4th of June 2013. The delivery time should be 15-34 days, but I have neither got any delivery nor heard anything yet (after 62 days). I have tried to contact Join2Buy with e-mail but gets no answers, and by phone but no one answers. This is unacceptable and makes me wonder if I am cheated.

The scooter that you have ordered supposes to arrive at the port in a couple of days. When it is dispatched from the warehouse, you'll be immediately notified.

Dopo i 14 giorni previsti nessun tipo di riscontro da parte del servizio clienti, NUMERO di telefono pubblicizzato risulta INESISTENTE, NO risposta alle mie mail di reclamo e nessuno mi ha contattato per dare spiegazioni. SPORGERO' DENUNCIA alla polizia postale e presso i CARABINIERI se nessuna novità ci sarà da parte loro entro i prossimi giorni!
NO SERIETA'. Contatterò anche le loro filiali negli altri paesi di Europa per screditarli e lamentarmi!

Idee gut, Service schlecht
Bestellung mit Schnelllieferung Mitte Juli. Heute (4. September-die Erstbewertung wurde Anfang August abgegeben und jetzt durch Diese ersetzt) ist das Paket nach etlichen Interventionen und Direktkontaktaufnahme mit dem Versandunternehmen angekommen. Artikel top! Kundenservice nicht erreichbar und erst über Umwege Detailauskunft erhalten. Mittlerweile glaubte ich schon es handelt sich um eine Betrugsfirma, aber es ist nur einfach ein miserabler Support.
Also, wenn viel Zeit vorhanden, dann funktioniert es auch. Die Versandangaben können nur als Richtwert hergenommen werden, und man verdreifacht sie am Besten. Dann ist man auch zufrieden.

Un conseil : n'achetez pas chez Join2buy
Bonjour à tous,
Je vais vous raconter ce qui nous est arrivé, j'ai commandé le 28 mars 2013 un kart à pédales pour l'anniversaire de notre fils. Il y avait 35-60 jours d'attente pour le recevoir mais on en a parlé à notre fils qui était d'accord pour attendre un peu pourvu qu'il est le modèle qu'il souhaitait.
Le 4 juin 2013 je m'inquiète auprès d'eux par mail car je n'ai jamais réussi a avoir quelqu'un au téléphone dans les bons horaires.
On m'a répondu qu'il y avait eu des grèves au port de Barcelone et que mon colis allait arriver.
Puis le 12 juin, on m'informe que mon colis arrivera que courant Aout chez moi, 5 mois après ma commande. Je leur demande donc de changer de modèle, car jouer avec son kart l'été pendant les vacances c'est mieux.
On me répond oui pour l'échange, je propose un modèle donné comme disponible sur leur site, on me dit oui puis 1/2 heure après finalement non.
Donc, je demande le remboursement, on me dit oui pas de problème.
Dernier message de ma part le 27 juillet avec pour réponse de leur part le 30 juillet : on relance notre département facturation.
On est le 05/08/13 et toujours pas de remboursement.
Si ce n'est pas de l'arnaque alors je ne sais pas ce c'est.
Je vais prévenir la répression des fraudes (DGCCRF) si je n'ai rien d'ici une semaine !
