A very comprehensive training program with attentive and highly qualified instructors. The theory section was fascinating, and the practical component was very specific. Highly recommended.

Today I attended my first Yoga Nidra class. It was a calm and relaxing experience. At first, it took me some time to settle my mind, but as the session continued, I felt my body becoming more relaxed and my breathing becoming slower. By the end of the class, I felt peaceful, refreshed, and mentally lighter. It helped me release stress and brought me a sense of inner calm. I am looking forward to practicing Yoga Nidra again.

The classes are very interesting. I feel very comfortable being mentored by Professor Vinay. He helps me a lot in my daily life. Each class is a moment of reflection and transformation.

When I met Guruji Vinay Acharya and Divya Ji, something inside of me whispered… but at the time there was still too much noise for me to hear it.

Through their guidance, their practices, their love, and sometimes their very direct honesty, that noise slowly started to quiet down.

There was no longer a need to perform.

The whole journey gently led me to face the one person I had been avoiding my entire life: myself.

Some pieces of me fell apart, and somehow, other pieces found their way back into place. Little by little, things became clearer.

They were patient when patience was needed, strict when strictness was needed, and always deeply present. Looking back, I can see that every class had a purpose. The philosophy classes weren’t just philosophy—they were reminders of life. The sound healing sessions, the yoga, the conversations, even the silence… everything felt like another piece of the map.

I left with something I wasn’t expecting.

Not answers to every question, but a quietness inside that allowed me to stop searching so desperately. A sense of clarity. A trust that life isn’t something to control, but something to participate in.

I’m deeply grateful for Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul and for everyone who held that space with so much authenticity and care.

Such a wonderful experience at Jeev Moksha Gurukul, I happened to meet Acharya Vinay ji who taught me about real yogic lifestyle. All and all, TTC experience was just awesome. The Stay, Location,Food, Staff - loved everything. You’ll also like it very much - I’d recommend, enroll without any second thought!

My friend recommended Acharya and completing the 200h TTC at Jeev Moksha was on-of-a-kind experience. I have learned a lot in a very short time, I got even more excited about teaching yoga and I met people I will never forget. The food was great - fresh, delicious, healthy. Our group was small so there was plenty of time for questions. It's also nice that the school is away from all the city noise.

Great Yoga school with real competent, skilled and awesome teachers. I can really recommend this Yoga school if you're looking for quality of education and friendly & honest people around you. I had a great experience myself here during my first 200 hour yoga teacher training. I learned so much during the course at this yoga ashram and I'm forever grateful for this beautiful & enriching experience. Namaste!

Had a great 200h YTT with experienced teachers who adapted the level according to the group. Liked the small group size so it was more intense & more personal. Learned a lot in the course of 25 days with ups and downs. Great food (mostly vegan), nice family-like atmosphere & beautiful location with Ganga view and comfortable rooms (away from busy Tapovan area so not much around to be distracted). Nice to take walks along the river & digest the knowledge. Teacher training is holistic including all the aspects of Yoga.

JeevMoksha saved my life on many levels!! After completing the 200hr YTT, I didn't want to leave the ashram family, so stayed to complete another 300 hours of teacher training! Acharya, Divya & their team of amazing teachers, take you in as family from day one & provide the most authentic, professional and all encompassing education into the world of yoga. From anatomy, philosophy, structural alignment, teaching skills, mantras, pranyama & time for self-study, no aspect is missed. The nutritious meals could not have been tastier, with incredible variety prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
I arrived at JeevMoksha managing alot of pain from old injuries along with deep emotional tensions.
I left as a new woman; realigned physically, mentally, spiritually & nearly 100% pain free. After many years of struggle, I felt my strength renewed, replenished & ready to carry me forward in life.
My practice has never waned since leaving the ashram ~ the JeevMoksha family remains an integral part of my body, mind & soul as they gave me everything I needed to make it to where I am today. I am forever grateful and hope for others to experience the JeevMoksha family of Yog!

It was a very authentic experience. The teachers have different approaching which make you learn not only in one way. I loved each lesson not only the asanas class. All of them were well connected which make the understanding every day a step forward. Amazing veg food mostly vegan. The place is very peaceful near the river ganga where you can chill and observe the jungle. Somehow everyday there was a better understanding of myself and life in general as well. Many thanks again for making still authentic simple courses. All the best, I hope to go back next year for continuing learning and refreshing.
