The teachers are really amazing, which I think is the most important for a yoga teacher training. Uttam has build this place from his heart and you can feel that in the way everyone is sharing the practice of yoga. I did my teacher training in February 2026, then it was in a building a little outside of the centre which personally I don't think has much charm. But Utam has been building has own place and now it is finally ready! Which really is the opposite, surrounded by full on nature!! If you want more info don't hesitate to contact me :)

In March of this year, I participated in the RYT200 yoga teacher training course. I'm very glad I ended up at Rishikesh YogisYogashala because of the high level of the course, the dedication of the teachers, and the excellent facilities. All classes were led by Indians and had a genuine touch. I enjoyed attending all the classes, perfecting asanas, chanting mantras, practicing pranayama and meditation, and learning about Indian culture and yoga philosophy. During the yoga philosophy classes, we discussed selected Patanjali sutras. I was impressed by their ability to introduce us to this content in an accessible, clear, yet profound, not superficial way. I wholeheartedly recommend it! The accommodations were excellent, filtered drinking water was available, and the Indian food was delicious. A group of wonderful people from all over the world participated in the course – there was the opportunity to make new friends. I enjoyed the trips organized by the school on days off. The instructor was available, answered all questions, and was helpful whenever needed. All of this made my stay at this school a wonderful experience!

There are many highly rated yoga schools in Rishikesh, which can make choosing one feel overwhelming. Looking back, I am very happy that I chose Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala.💛

What stood out to me most was the strong human element throughout the training. From the very first day, I felt welcomed, supported and encouraged to grow at my own pace. Beyond learning asanas and pranayama, there was a genuine focus on self-awareness, personal growth and understanding what yoga is really about. It helped me slow down, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters in life. Looking back, this was exactly what I needed.

I would highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to dive deeper into yoga as a whole - not just asana practice, but the philosophy and deeper meaning behind yoga.

The teachers (Uttam, Deepak, Ritesh and Ram) are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and authentic. You can truly feel that yoga is not just something they teach, but something they live every day. Their passion for sharing yoga and helping students grow is present in every class and they create an environment where everyone feels supported.

The group was amazing and sharing this journey with like-minded people from all over the world made the experience even more meaningful. The excursions were also a wonderful addition, offering a deeper connection to Indian culture and the spirit of yoga beyond the classroom.

Overall, I highly recommend this YTT to anyone who wants to explore yoga beyond the physical practice and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the philosophy behind yoga.

The YogisYogshala is very good Yoga School. Uttam Ghosh and his team of teachers are very dedicated to the tradition of Yoga. You can learn a lot from them. The atmosphere at the School is friendly and will help you grow up.
I participated in the 200h YTTC in March 2026. It was a wonderful experience. Great teachers, very dedicated to their practice and students. The atmosphere was fantastic. The conditions were better than expected.

We worked hard every day, but that's yoga practice; to achieve results, you have to practice. It's best to do this under the guidance of experienced teachers—and that's exactly what you'll receive at this school.

I highly recommend it to anyone starting their yoga journey, as well as those who want to deepen their practice. And the city of Rishikesh itself is breathtaking....

I experienced an 200 YTTC with Rishiklesh Yogis Yogshala : it was an amazing experience, a real inner transformation starts there, or was enforced... The teachers are are really attentive, listening, kind. The place is excellent. All you have to do is going with the flow ... Mother Ganga is not so far ;-)

This is a fantastic TTC. The level of instruction is top notch and the facility is modern and provides for all creature comforts. The devotion and commitment of the staff to each participant makes for a meaningful and transformative experience. Highly recommended!
