Not happy at all
Ordered an item with these people on 24hr tracking, received an email yesterday afternoon to confirm my order, been waiting all day for my order to be processed and heard nothing, got in contact, to then be told the item I ordered was out of stock and that they where meant to email me, well my order was made 24hrs ago surely in that 24hrs this email could have been made, refund has been given but no happy at all considering there website says Royal Mail 1st class delivery which i paid for specially to get it ASAP so I should have received my package today or tomorrow not next week which is when I would be receiving it once they get some back in

Odpowiedź od The Jedi Archives
Hi Jack, we are sorry your experience wasn't as expected. Unfortunately there was an inventory discrepancy which meant you were instead offered a choice of a very similar alternative, a refund or waiting a few days until the item came back into stock. Please accept our apologies.
