The package arrived beautfully packaged and very high end but I was a bit disappointed that the tissue box it was made to contain had nothing to prevent the contents from falling out whenever I moved it. For that price, I think something to secure the tissue box would have been nice. I had to jam in pieces of cardboard in order to use it properly. Other than that, I love the little wicker/leather box.

Excellent packing
I knew I loved the dishes I ordered because I’d seen them at a number of safari camps in Botswana, but I was impressed with how Abask shipped them. Every dish was individually bubble wrapped and packed in boxes of six, nestled inside another box with bubble wrap around the inner boxes. Not a single chip.

Fast efficient delivery and the David Linley walnut bread knife was a beautiful birthday present for my husband. The only issue I have is that the packaging was rather disproportionately large. The box was enormous and the bubble wrap immense! Something to consider when wrapping the smaller gifts!

I’ve bought two beautiful gifts from abask and both excellent quality and as described, beautifully packaged. Abask is fantastic. One request is to include a printed description with the product because your website details of the item are really part of the provenance and tell a story. I printed the details from your webpage and added it with the gift - it really added something extra to the gift, because the recipient could read the age and maker etc - else they wouldn’t know.

ABASK is fabulous. I enquired about a Hammann dopp kit through their online contact form. Their customer service agent, Mikhail, got back to me promptly, answered all my questions and even provided a secure link for me to do an international transaction.
My purchase arrived promptly and in perfect condition (and as promised, without any customs issues entering the USA). The dopp kit came in a very nice presentation box, and the kit itself was carefully wrapped in tissue paper.
As for the actual dopp kit, it's a work of art: beautiful leather and five-star craftsmanship. And speaking of five stars, that's what I give ABASK for the wonderful experience I had.

Had a great customer service experience…
Had a great customer service experience with ABASK. I had a concern after receiving the product (no damage, just an inconsistency due to the handmade nature) and they were able to address the issue quickly by sending a replacement for one of the parts so that it better matched my expectations. I highly recommend shopping at ABASK. All items also were extremely well packaged to prevent any damages.
