Royal Mail provided a good service but I would like Scale Farm to offer a Click and Collect service so that the models can be collected from a nearby nominated Royal Mail Collection Point such as the local Post Office or Sorting Office. This avoids the risk of models being left on the customer's doorstep and then going astray!
