First time travel to Japan my family and I used Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. Definitely recommend vs. roaming charges. Easy pick up and return to and from Haneda airport. Had excellent WiFi connection from Tokyo, Osaka, Kanazawa, Kyoto. Only had minor issues when in subway, but outside of that functioned perfectly through out my 2 weeks visit in Japan.

Pick up and return process was very convenient and easy. Appreciate that the items weren’t bulky and easy to carry around. WIFI connection was solid throughout our entire trip.

Highly recommended. Polite and efficient staff. I was supposed to pick it up from Haneda airport but couldn't so I asked if they would send one to a post office near where I was staying. Which they did without issue. Wifi worked without any problems all day and I didn't use the power bank once. When I return I will definitely be using them again.

This was an easy and affordable way to stay connected while traveling in Japan. The device was compact and reliable, throughout our trip, including Okinawa. It supported 5 devices with no connectivity issues, and made navigation very easy. Do have a plan for recharging on the go if you plan to use it for a long period of time. Pickup and dropoff at Haneda was easy and convenient.

First time renting a pocket Wifi in Japan. Firstly, I appreciated the easy pick up location and the pocket wifi itself had really good signal and worked very well. I also appreciated the excelent service when I forgot to return the USB cord and they allowed me to return it by mail separately at Narita Airport without any overdue fees. I'll definitely use this business again when i return to Japan in the future! Highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for the device n modem. It worked fine n was able to get around Tokyo fine. I did notice though that it got drained kind of quickly n had to constantly charge it. Not sure if the device was too old?

The connection worked in all the places we went and we had three devices. I rated this 3 stars instead of 5 because the power bank they provided did not keep the device powered and I had to keep looking for cafes on the road with charging ports. Either the USB cable or the contact point(s) were bad, I'm not sure.

What a well-communicated and simple process! I was able to capitalize on a great deal for 2 pocket wi-fis for my group of 11 people. It was easy to find the pickup kiosk at Narita airport. The people were so nice and helpful. I was surprised to find a portable power charger included in the pack. The set up was simple, seamless, and we were up & running to set up our transportation out of the airport. We didn't have any connection problems in our entire 2 weeks there. I will definitely use Japan Wireless when we return!

Japan Wireless is wonderful. Device was at hotel a day before as usual and great reception. Sometimes the wifi box trips off so I have to restart.

Worked perfectly through out the whole trip!

Device was shipped to our hotel for easy pickup. It worked perfectly throughout our trip from start to finish. It held its charge throughout the day and we only needed to use the included power bank once. And the provided return envelope made for easy return of the device by dropping it in a post box at the airport. Will definitely use again for our next trip to Japan.

Smooth, easy to use, and overall good experience

No complaints, the wifi worked everywhere, from the Disney parks full of people to the Subways in Tokyo, with 2 devices always connected.

This was the most seamless process. We arrived at our hotel and the pocket wifi was already there. It worked every day and the battery life lasted all day while we were out. We would for sure use this service again.

This was worth every penny. Fast unlimited internet.

The battery was good all day, fast speed with multiple devices. I had three weeks of internet. This was a life saver! I don't know how the E-sims work but its hard to beat this. I will get this again on my return visit.

The pick up and drop of was easy. All together one minute to complete.

The wi- fi worked great, service also worked throughout the Japan during our visit.

They respond email promptly. They send me email prior to my canceled flight due to the sever weather, the email is about letting me know that the device is there anytime after the pickup time if my flight is delayed, Delivered a device at my hotel after i let them know that I can't make it on the pickup time. They even send me email of I want to change pick up location, encase my new flight is arriving to other airports.

I've used the Wifi on my Cruise ship and it's been working great every time where on the Japan Ports. The Wifi works sometimes even on the sea days. Using your phone internet on the ship is costly. Even my US phone carrier informed me the cost of minute per call and per text using my phone.

We have connected a total of 6 devices and the internet speed is great.

Internet speed is on Japan in any area is great. My phone internet don't even work on Google maps and google translator.

This company is reliable and worthy.

Japan wireless was an excellent service that helped us in our trip. The kit was complete (pocket wifi, cable and power bank), and it was very easy to return.
