I have used Jspan wireless 2 or 3 times. Never any issues. Will use again.

Následne bezproblémové používanie s dobrým pokrytím po celom Japonsku. Rovnako bezproblémové odovzdanie do poštovej schránky.

This was my 4th time using Japan Wireless. I had scheduled to pick up the wifi at Haneda Airport but after flying 14 hours with an infant and knowing how competent and flexible they are we just made a bee-line to our hotel instead.

The next day I showed up at their office in the morning and was in & out in about 10 minutes, the staffer even took the time to walk me through the connecting process.

The service was great as usual, I did have to re-connect my phone often but the QR code made it simple. My wife didn't disconnect as often so I assume the issue was with my phone.

We used a portable WiFi for our trip connecting 4 mobile phones
Never once had any issues, really easy to use.
We were travelling all over Japan and in some remote spots never any issues, it held its charge well was a better reception than the hotel WiFi.
Really easy to pick up and drop off

The service was excellent. I reserved my pocket Wi-Fi and and it was ready for pickup upon my arrival at the airport. Returning it was even easier I just put it in the envelope and put it in the mailbox at the departing airport. It worked at virtually all the places that I visited. Easy to use easy to set up was very thankful I had the ability to stay connected to the world via the wi-fi. Used it in conjunction with WhatsApp and I was able to keep in touch with my family back home.

Sono stato a tokyo e kyoto e non ho mai avuto problemi di connessione, la batteria arriva a fine giornata ma eventualmente c'è in dotazione una power bank. Ritirato all' aeroporto di tokyo e consegnato a quello di Osaka. Facile e pratico, ci ho messo solo un po' a trovare la cassetta della posta rossa predisposta per la riconsegna. Ci siamo collegati in 3 e l' ho scelta anche perché non avevamo il telefono che supporta la esim. Consigliatissimo

Highly recommend while visiting/traveling in Japan. Seamless Airport pick-up and drop-off was an efficient use of time. Wifi Service connectivity was great with no issues. Had 5 people connected to the pocket wifi at any given time and connection stayed strong. Will definitely use services again.

Easy to use. Provided connectivity for my son’s Apple Watch (no int’l data capability) during our trip to Japan. It was nice knowing he could connect and communicate when we were doing things on our own. We also used it for all our devices when we were together. Pickup was easy once we found the kiosk. And returns were super easy on our day of departure. Affordable.

What a wonderful service. We used the WIFI router from Japan Wireless for the last 17 days. No restrictions, always good coverage.

Pick up and return: pickup at Osaka airport was easy, email with location and photo's. Drop-off at Hanai International in Tokyo was also easy, at terminal 3 you need to drop the envelope before security.

This is the second time we have used this service and we highly recommend this company and the equipment they provide. Many places you do not need a power adapter but they still provide as well as back up charger. Reminders and postal pack was very convenient and easy. Collection was Haneda and posted return was Osaka post.

The wifi worked very well although, and in spite of the explanations, we had a hard time finding the pick up place (same to drop it at the airport). After a 15 hours flight tourists need more straight forward indications. Aside this, all good!

First easy pick up at Narita Airport was a breeze. Just show your email and they hand you the packet. They asked if I needed help setting up but upon opening the packet it clear instructions and I was up and running in less than 5 minutes or maybe even less. I like the fact not only the you get a charger and cable but you also get a power bank.
I mainly stayed in Tokyo and Osaka and never had connectivity issues.
As far as price it was a no trainer for me my home cell service has international plan which would have cost me almost $200 for just mine and my wife's phone. Japan Wireless cost me less than $100 because I bought the gold insurance with the service. Without i think is less $60 for our 10day stay in Japan. Also our tablets could connect with no extra cost. Because I had no problems wifi I had to keep reminding myself to check on the pocket wifi. I think after a couple particular long days I plugged in the powerbank twice during my trip. So normal use I think charge can last 8hrs and with the supplied powerbank you are set for an entire day. I like fact that its light and compact alot lighter than your normal power bank.
When I return to Japan there is no question ill be using Japan Wireless again.
Also returning is a breeze. Just put the equipment in the supplied mailing envelope and drop it in the post box at the airport. There's 2 in Narita Terminal 1 and I believe there's some in the other terminals.
I also forgot the equipment does come in a travel pouch to keep it all organized. You also get the mailing envelope when you first pick up the pocket wifi.

Great service overall! The delivery, device and wifi were worry free.

The wifi signal was good. However the the battery pack was defective and not usable. Wasnt charging the gadget. This is the 3rd consecutive time in a span of 1.5 years that I had a problem. Last year, i had to request a changenl of unit because it was defective too. Japan wireless used to be reliable. I guess will have to use esim or just go for another provider next time.

C'est notre deuxième fois au Japon et deuxième fois avec Japan Wireless .
Cette fois a été meilleure que la première, nous connaissions les endroits où déposer au départ et récupérer à l'arrivée. L'appareil est formidable et sans ça, nous n'aurions jamais profité autant de notre voyage. Sans lui, c'est infaisable , nous ne parlons que Français .
la facilité à mettre en place, bien attendre que la connexion se fasse avec nos appareils .
Merci pour ce prix très attractif et durant 20 jours, nous avons pu prendre les transports , choisir notre plat et encore une fois , le Japon ne serait pas un beau voyage sans un petit boitier sur soi !

Our device was delivered to our hotel before our arrival. It worked perfectly even in remote areas on hike in Osaka & Hokkaido. Return instructor were clear & it was easy to drop in mail on morning of our departure. Total cost was less than $90 for 21/2 weeks. :) Definitely use again!

Wireless service was excellent. WiFi connection never failed me throughout my 2 weeks in Japan. I remained connected without failure which was necessary while navigation my way throughout Japan.
